Always a great experience booking here. Clean rooms, professional service and quiet! If you’re looking for a no frills but still enjoy your comfort and safety this is a great option. No bugs, no weird smells, no dirty linens. Free coffee and tea, lemon water in lobby. Show your room key and get 10% off the nice restaurant attached to the hotel. “Symposium” I think that’s what it’s called… Excuse the wrinkled bed, this is slept in. They make the beds very nicely and the rooms we booked had a microwave and functioning bar fridges. Book here…it’s close to everything food wise, shopping wise. Tons of different things to do around the town. Check out the Gretzky center in the winter months, and either Earl Haig Park (a water slide, mini golf, lazy river, playground, splash pad) or Brant Park. It’s a humongous pool, apparently one of the largest in the province! Worth checking out on a hot summer’s day!

Damage deposit was too high for a 2 star hotel and the carpets smelled awful and the tubs barely.drained. you better give back our deposits other htels do not charge that high. What the hell ia wrong with you guys taking advangmtage of the blind too. And you asked a blind person for a drivers license which is highly offensive. Your hotel sucks. Make your **** better. So this review i have for you is a bad one. Act roght and goce our deposits back or legal matters will be taken. Thank u
