酒店位置非常好，就在多瑙河邊上，在酒店陽台就可以看到美麗的多瑙河，早餐中規中矩，大堂服務態度很好，入住頭一天晚上，發現酒店床品不乾淨，第二天一早告知前台，及時更換了所有床品，態度不錯

Standard 3-4* hotel. Decor is dated. Room was comfortable but quite small, and we just had a view of the back of other buildings, which was a shame. Disappointed to learn on arrival that if you want to use the pool it is an extra €15 per person per night. Never seen that before - should be included in the price. Quite well located on the north side of the river just a short walk from the cobbled streets and pleasant atmosphere of the old town. All in all, it was ok. Not great, but not too bad for the price I guess.

The room was fantastic overlooking the Danube. The service was over and above. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on our deck on the 5th floor. The breakfast was so yummy with so many choices. I highly recommend if ever you are in Bratislava, Slovakia!!!

This hotel is in a great location - directly next to the river, one of the main bus stations right round the corner and right on the edge of the Old Town. The staff throughout are all very friendly and welcoming and it does feel like a traditional European five-star property. I had booked a single room and while the bed was a large single and comfortable, it was annoying everything else in the room took the ‘single’ approach to the extreme - one sachet of coffee, one mug, one bottle of shower gel etc. The mini bar was stocked though and everything else in the room decent. The TV was large and had a good number of English language channels, electric sockets next to the bed, it was quiet with decent views and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I couldn’t get the wifi to work but with the good mobile coverage coped fine without. The bar on the ground floor is a nice retreat, open very late and with a full range of drink options. It does permit smoking but it isn’t overly bothersome and it’s got a really traditional atmosphere with great staff. I didn’t get a chance to sample the restaurant but if the outdoor terrace had have been open that would offer a good place to watch the world go by. Overall it’s a decent option if you want to stay somewhere located in best spot and I’d happily pick it again.

The hotel is run by crooks. We asked for a late checkout and were quoted 10 euros until 5 pm. Upon checking out we were informed the charge was 10 euros per hour which amounted to half the daily rate of 120 euros. The front desk clerk said her English was not so good but still insisted on the full 60 euros. We asked to speak to the manager and she too refused to compromise. They charged the full 60 euros to out credit card. The night before we stayed at the Radisson Blu Carlton. There is no comparison between the quality, elegance and service at these hotels even though they are the same price. or the Hotel Devin is more expensive! The room at the Devin felt like a motel in the USA while the Carlton felt like supreme luxury.

A very comfortable hotel, central, with a vast selection for breakfast, cosy rooms, and helpful staff. Hotel is also not far from Most SNP - a bus stop from where to take public transport to several localities, including Vienna.

The room is very clean, airy, nicely decorated. Central location with parking. 2 minutes from the old center. Very varied and delicious breakfast. If you are a smoker, there is an exceptional smoking area. I recommend. Note 10. Thank you! We enjoyed ourselves!
