L'ancien hôtel traditionnel a apparemment eu récemment un changement de propriétaire. À la réception, nous n'avons presque pas parlé allemand. Il était en anglais seulement. La chambre Superio était une déception. Il n'était pas conforme aux images de l'Internet. Ce n'est qu'après une demande massive (en anglais) que nous avons eu une autre chambre sous le toit. C'était vraiment une chambre romantique. Nous étions satisfaits. La plus grande déception a été le petit-déjeuner. C'était tout autre qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous étions là plus d'une heure avant la fin et le buffet était complètement dévoré et n'a plus été rempli. Les râpes de sauce les plus bon marché et trop longtemps dans le four. Il n'y a pas d'œufs cuits. Le fromage et le fromage sont seulement des produits de réduction bon marché. Marmelade à bas prix. Pas de verre aux jus. Pas de salade de fruits frais seulement de la boîte. Et il n'y a que des restes flottés. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas possible. Nous n'avons même pas servi cela dans un hôte simple. Très dommage à cet hôtel historique. Nous avons acheté de la part d'un consortium indien et nous avons continué à le minimiser. J'ai donné les 2 étoiles seulement pour la belle chambre historique.

Insgesamt ein Businesshotel in einem Gewerbegebiet. Zweckmäßig mit wenig Charme. Da wir bei der Buchung relativ spät waren, konnten wir nur noch „Smart Maxi für mehr Zeit-Zimmer“ buchen. Studios mit kleiner Küche etc. Wie wir erst am zweiten Abend erfuhren, werden diese Zimmer zwischenzeitlich nicht gemacht. Kein Hinweis auf der Homepage, beim einchecken oder auf dem Zimmer. Lediglich die normalen Zimmer würden gemacht. Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück ist einfach. Alles selber holen und den Tisch selbst abräumen. Mitunter fährt ein Serviceroboter zum abstellen von Geschirr rum. Für eine dienstlichen Besuch in dem Gebiet OK.

Wir waren im September für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das positive ist die Lage des Hotels mit einem schönen Ausblick. Auch die Speisenqualität im Restaurant ist ordentlich. Das war es dann auch schon. Denn beim Frühstück ist mit Warteschlangen zu rechnen bei der Kaffeemaschine, Säften und bei den Brötchen. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass nicht einmal ein Schrank in dieses Zimmer passt. Auch das Bad ist winzig. Zwei Personen haben hier keinen Platz. Die absolute Unverschämtheit ist jedoch, dass man sich bei einer Beschwerde über den mangelnden Service von dem Kellner körperlich angehen lassen musste. Bereits am ersten Abend wollte der Kellner in der Bar uns die Karten nicht an den Tisch bringen und auch die Bestellungen sollten wir bei ihm an der Bar tätigen. Dies haben wir abgelehnt und haben uns bei der Rezeption beschwert. Daraufhin kam ein zweiter Kellner und hat unsere Bestellung aufgenommen und uns die Getränke serviert. Der erste Kellner sah hier wohl keine Veranlassung obwohl der Mitarbeit der Rezeption mit ihm gesprochen hat. Am zweiten Abend gingen wir wieder in die Bar. Vorher haben wir uns jedoch versichert, dass der Kellner vom Vortag nicht anwesend war. Die Bestellung und auch das Servieren der Getränke war zuerst problemlos. Aber es kam keine Nachfrage nach weiteren Wünschen obwohl unsere Gläser seit geraumer Zeit leer waren. Der Kellner war wohl überfordert und hatte wohl die Beschwerde, über seinen Kollegen, noch im Kopf. Wir hatten auch keine Möglichkeit zu bezahlen, da der Kellner uns einfach ignorierte. Als wir uns dann erneut bei der Rezeption über den mangelnden Service beschwerten und nach dem Hoteldirektor gefragt haben ( dieser war leider nicht zugegen ) kam der Kellner vom Vortag und hat uns angefasst und in seinem osteuropäischen Akzent beschimpft. Ein absolutes NOGO. Was wird denn hier für ein Personal eingestellt. Das Hotel brüstet sich mit vier Sternen. Diese sind absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir werden den Vorfall auch beim Verband des Hotel-und Gaststättengewerbe melden. Dieses Hotel ist eine Unverschämtheit. Wir können nur jedem anraten dieses Hotel zu meiden. Wir werden jedenfalls nie wieder einen Fuß in dieses Hotel setzen.
