酒店同行深知經營不易，先給5星好評以資鼓勵！ 然後説説優缺點 設施：準4星標準，入住的開元名庭雙床房，房間面積略小，但設施比較新，該有的都有。有個飄窗台，喝茶辦公都可，缺個小冰箱，其他基本ok 衞生：衞生可以的，房間，樓道，大堂，包括景區裏面都是符合期待的 環境：名庭位置很好，走路去魔方玩國3-5分鐘，有條街區，吃喝玩樂啥都有，玩具紀念品小吃都有，而且價格很合理，娃買了個玩具武士劍衹要10塊，冰淇淋2塊，樂園裡還有1元的爆米花等等。住酒店可以坐擺渡車，家庭出遊福音。 服務：可以看出來酒店的服務員都是經過訓練上崗的，餐廳收餐及時，我去盛米飯旁邊的添菜服務員知道給我拿空碗，有誰懂這裏面有多少含金量。有個小插曲是，我們訂的套餐裏面有個小炒黃牛肉結果晚上沒上，説是改菜單了。説實話改菜單很正常我可以理解，但是不能少個菜對吧，還好餐廳有個年輕穿灰褲子的男的主管吧給解決了，讓後廚炒了一份，這中間可能餐廳這邊菜單更新跟銷售部這邊沒同步吧，所以出現了誤會。圖片我放評論了，事情解決了，態度也很積極，所以肯定還是好評的 天元谷度假區熱浪灣2大1小門票（雙日票）:魔方玩國上下兩層，是一箇中型的室內遊樂園，我個人感覺比較適合4-10歲的孩子，太小沒得玩，太大也沒什麼意思，精衞填海和飛翔影院立意是不錯的，就是畫面和音效有點點失真，確實是沒法和迪士尼或者環球影城比的，不過帶小孩子肯定夠用了。室內很涼爽，互動的npc也都比較會搞氣氛，孩子玩兒的不亦樂乎。 熱浪灣就小一點了，衹有一個大浪池，週日上午一開門基本快排滿了人…記得提前帶拖着毛巾，不然都要租用，有點耽誤時間（櫃子使用的10元/個/次） 總體很好，就是北京開車過來有點遠，要3個多小時

La dernière fois que je suis venu pour la fête de guinzailles, guinzailles sont très délicieuses, le service de la réception est enthousiaste, la chambre est propre, il y a plus d'un demi-année, et il continuera à venir !!!!
