Hôtels à Anshun avec petit déjeuner

Nous avions réservé deux chambres, et le magasin nous les a toutes deux surclassées gratuitement. La femme de ménage était également très serviable. Elle nous a contactés à l'avance pour nous attendre sur le parking et est venue nous chercher pour porter nos bagages. Nous allions à Huangguoshu le lendemain, nous avons donc séjourné à l'hôtel la veille pour nous reposer. L'expérience globale a été bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le dîner et le petit-déjeuner, et le B&B était délicieux. S'il faisait plus chaud, une baignade à la piscine serait peut-être plus intéressante.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec des équipements complets. Vous pouvez voir la tour en face en étant assis dans la chambre, et le paysage est magnifique. Comme nous manquions de temps et que nous voulions arriver tôt sur le site pittoresque, le patron a préparé le petit-déjeuner et l'a servi une heure plus tôt avant le lever du jour. Un merci spécial ! J'ai accidentellement cassé deux bols, mais la patronne a dit que c'était un petit problème et qu'il ne fallait pas s'en inquiéter, c'était comme rentrer à la maison. Si la route qui mène à cet endroit n'était pas si étroite, je suppose qu'il serait difficile de trouver une chambre ici. Je reviendrai certainement ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai.

This is the first hotel I come across in my travels that provides a washing machine cum dryer in the room. It is so convenient to do laundry in the room. Very much appreciated. The owner of the hotel is also welcoming and helpful. He helped to call didi to the railway station at a much lower price. The room is clean and breakfast is average.

Notre séjour dans ce centre était extraordinaire, en grande partie grâce au service phénétique de notre butler, Xiaoyu (Piccolo Tuber) et un séjour propre et confortable. Un jour avant notre arrivée, elle a fait des informations détaillées, a aidé à commander notre dîner, et a proposé un grand itinéraire (y compris mon point de vue préféré) qui coordonnait sans fin nos repas avec nos plans. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était amiable, et Xiaoyu a également aidé à organiser un personnel qui nous conduirait à la sortie d'urgence 2 pour reprendre notre voyage DiDi prévu à la gare Anshunxi. Même après notre arrivée, Xiaoyu nous a fait visiter chaleureusement pour nous assurer que nous l'avions fait à notre destination en toute sécurité.

Top notch hotel. Amazing location and extremely helpful staff, who even went out of their way to find specific products in local markets. The food was unparalleled and the views were beyond magnificent. The sunset from the swimming pool deck was the cherry on the cake 🍰😎

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office. The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Le service de réception est également particulièrement intime, je sais que nous avons apporté les enfants, nous avons également pris l'initiative de nous préparer des produits pour enfants, nous avons recommandé des plats plats adaptés à la consommation des enfants, et nous avons ensuite rejoint la vieille ville, tout le voyage est particulièrement patience. La position est également très pratique, avec un ensemble complet autour de lui, prendre un bus pour la ville antique pendant dix minutes, et aller à l'arbre de Huanggu est également très pratique. Excellent rapport coût-efficacité, première option pour voyager chez la famille!

I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

Le personnel de la réception est chaleureux et attentionné, les chambres ont été récemment décorées et l'hôtel propose des surclassements gratuits en suites parent-enfant à votre arrivée. Les installations sont complètes, le style est simple et élégant, jouets pour enfants, livres d'images, contes de fées, et les ensembles de literie reflètent tous l'attitude attentive de l'hôtel envers les besoins de voyage en famille.
