MM11840****第一次遇到性價比這麼好的民宿，在這裏不得不説民宿的Boss真的是難得一遇的好老闆，他的貼心和無微不至能夠體現在任何的細節，尤其是的對待孩子，甚至超越我們做父母的耐性。由於國慶高鐵票緊張，我們一直無法搶到合適的票，去郴州的計劃變得很侷促，不管是下高鐵去民宿還是第二天回程去高鐵的問題，讓我很是焦慮，但是民宿的老闆想得非常周到，提前聯繫我們，瞭解我們的情況並且給予我們最好的服務安排。第一天下高鐵，湖南的天氣很炎熱，我們一家四口在高鐵站等車好久，導致孩子差點中暑，我難免開始心情煩躁，聯繫了民宿老闆後，及時為我們一家四口調整了安排，讓司機多安撫我們心情，幸好路上沒有堵車，能夠一直開到民宿（因為國慶仰天湖有一段路是交通限制需要坐公交車進去），不敢想象要是沒有老闆的細心安排，我們一家四口還真不知道怎麼進去。一個小時的路程到了民宿，終於見到老闆，熱心準備了午餐（食材是民宿老闆菜園親自種植，而且還親自幫我們準備好房間，告訴我們行程安排和去往仰天湖的來回都是老闆親自接送，吃完飯老闆還帶我們小孩到處觀光，讓孩子接觸到大自然。午休後親自送我們去仰天湖，還貼心告訴我們遊玩結束後告訴他來接我們，還告訴我們注意事項。雖然衹是短短的一天遊玩，但是老闆服務太太周到了，100分，包辦我們全家的所有吃飯問題，還特意給孩子們燃放了煙花（因為仰天湖太晚放了）所以老闆為了不讓孩子們失望，很是給力哦！太感動了！第二天我們要甘7：00的高鐵票，老闆特意5：00起來為我們做早餐和送我們去高鐵站，路上擔心我們吃不好還買了湖南的早點，情緒價值拉的滿滿的，還一路告訴我們湖南的景點特色，我們以後一定會再來的。來郴州的孩子們，放心沖，老闆真的很好。值得一提，民宿房間超級乾淨，我有潔癖，他家連拖鞋都是一次性的塑膠拖鞋，絕對不是循環再用，還有小童拖鞋。民宿的周邊還有河流小溪可以玩耍，樓下還有零食購買，非常方便。由於時間倉促，沒有仔細拍房間，但是超級棒的房間。

But BEST of all is the SERVICE!!!. Both of us is giving it a 5 star rating。Ms 黄 & Ms 张 are the reason we extended our stay here 2 extra days!!. They are ever so helpful. Assisted us in all our daily probkens we faced as we are foreigners. Will definately tell all our friends about Till Bright.

Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

Il y a une grande terrasse, comme le nom de l'hôtel, assis dans la forêt de la montagne et assis dans le lit pour voir la première tige de matin à travers la fenêtre. Le magasin peut également aider à acheter des billets. Le paquet de billets dans la zone de vue de la montagne est non seulement moins cher que la zone de vue, mais aussi 10 yuan moins cher que Trip.com. L'hôtel offre un dîner et une réservation anticipée. Nous venons de Guangdong, le magasin devrait demander de ne pas goûter moins d'huile. Ma mère est ravissante et délicieuse, et dit que c'est comme la cuisine à la maison, confortable et délicieux. Si tu reviens à la montagne, tu choisiras cette maison.

IInvitéL'hôtel est propre, nouveau et vraiment précieux. Si vous venez avec des amis/conduire, je vous recommanderais l'hôtel. Sinon, il est au milieu de nulle part, assurez-vous de stocker vos snacks avant de venir. Il est à 22 km de la gare qui m'a coûté 70 rmb taxi pour arriver ici, à 10 km de la région du lac.
Les propriétaires étaient amis et gentils, offrant pour aider à ramener mes bagages, offrant également des noodles gratuits pour le petit déjeuner.
La distance de marche est moins de 1 km mais vous devez traverser la route vers l'autre côté avant de marcher.
C'était une bonne expérience.

IInvitéStaff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions.
Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean.
We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

IInvitéI booked so called 2 “Suxian rooms” with courtyard views, but apparently assigned two regular rooms for three nights without rates adjustment. The rooms smelled smoke and the carpet is old. It would make it better if the air conditioning was turned on for the wet, humid and warm days, even in the late March - early April. It was hard to get a good sleep.
The food service was great. The hotel maids are very nice and helpful. We get help from them for laundry while being away touring. They even returned money found in the pocket!
I like the hotel for its name and location close to Mt. Suxianling and I hope that some good changes will happen in the future and make the stay of guests much more enjoyable.

La chambre est régulièrement délicieuse, il y a un restaurant qui peut manger et goûter bien. Le peuple est au milieu de la montagne, donc l'air est bon, il peut absorber de l'oxygène dans la zone de repos de la porte.
