離店以後，綜合感受，跟大家分享一下，經常出差住酒店，第一次碰到這麼服務差（很差，就很難用語言形容），之所以選擇這家酒店，完全是出於對攜程的信任，就是因為有信任才會出現體驗感非常非常不好的感受。根本沒有服務意識，語言措辭，真的很難聽，真心有顧慮，老闆就真敢把前台，這麼重要的接待崗位交給完全沒有服務意識的服務人員，可能確實掙到米了，無所謂了。
建議，管理人員看一下，店裡麪監控，就能明白，我有沒有誇張。
