感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語：
首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！
然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！
酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起…
總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

離店以後，綜合感受，跟大家分享一下，經常出差住酒店，第一次碰到這麼服務差（很差，就很難用語言形容），之所以選擇這家酒店，完全是出於對攜程的信任，就是因為有信任才會出現體驗感非常非常不好的感受。根本沒有服務意識，語言措辭，真的很難聽，真心有顧慮，老闆就真敢把前台，這麼重要的接待崗位交給完全沒有服務意識的服務人員，可能確實掙到米了，無所謂了。
建議，管理人員看一下，店裡麪監控，就能明白，我有沒有誇張。
希望我們的建議對店的營收，服務態度，都有所提升。
