Hilton Quanzhou absolutely deserves 5 star!! The hotel’s interior design is beautiful with a premium, high-end feel. The room was spotlessly clean with no odor at all. The facilities are very complete — everything you need is provided, making the stay very convenient. The staff are super friendly too. Both the front desk and housekeeping team were especially warm and attentive. The location is also great. I will definitely choose Hilton again when I come to Quanzhou next time.

clean room ， friendly service , free washing machine , hot water , clever robot for food delivery.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I have been booking this hotel for for my 3 consecuity business trip to Jinjiang, Xiamen since July 2024- Apr.2025. I have a good impress of this hotel in any aspects that the hotel should have. 1). Good location. 2). Cleanliness. 3). Safety. 4). Good environment. 5). Good front desk staffs. 6). Good breakfast. 7). Good Room architecture. 8). Fair price. Next time of business trip will book again.

Dihao Hotel is conveniently located, especially if you enjoy shopping and exploring local night markets. There are plenty of shops and food options nearby, making it a good choice for travellers who want easy access to the surrounding area. The hotel staff were generally friendly and polite. Special mention to **Xiao Su**, who provided very good service and was helpful throughout our stay. The reception team was also professional, welcoming and polite, which made the check-in and overall experience pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The **housekeeping service** could be more attentive, and the **breakfast selection and quality** could also use some improvement. Overall, the hotel has a great location and good front-desk service. With some improvements to housekeeping and breakfast, the overall guest experience could be much better.

After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing. Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items. Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.
