Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel et le recommandons vivement. L'enregistrement a été rapide et sans encombre, et les deux propriétaires se sont montrés extrêmement sympathiques, accueillants et serviables tout au long de notre séjour. Ils proposent même un service de navette gratuit vers les deux vieilles villes les plus proches, Shuhe et Baisha, ce qui a grandement facilité nos déplacements. À notre arrivée, un thé de bienvenue accompagné de fruits et de collations nous a été offert, une délicate attention qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. L'ensemble du personnel était constamment aimable et prévenant, et s'est mis en quatre pour nous aider à porter nos bagages très lourds jusqu'à notre chambre au 3e étage. La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une vue imprenable sur la Montagne du Dragon de Jade ; se réveiller face à un tel paysage fut un moment inoubliable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, tant par sa qualité que par sa variété, dépassant toutes nos attentes. La chambre était également équipée d'un système domotique Xiao Du, ce qui a ajouté beaucoup de confort et une touche de modernité à notre séjour. De plus, l'hôtel met à disposition une laverie automatique avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, ainsi qu'une petite salle de sport, très pratique pour les longs séjours. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel allie un excellent service, un confort optimal et des équipements bien pensés, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour tout visiteur de la région. Le service est très agréable. La femme de ménage nous aidera à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la chambre, il nous a vu nous préparer à descendre et nous a immédiatement aidé à descendre nos bagages. Les conseils sur les hôtels envoyés par WeChat sont très complets, y compris les stratégies de restauration et de voyage en ligne. L'environnement dans le magasin est très bon, il y a deux petites cours très joliment décorées. Il y a de nombreux canapés dans l'espace public, adaptés à ceux qui veulent s'allonger. Malheureusement, ce voyage a été un peu précipité. Je viens, je vais certainement m'allonger et profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi ! Peut-être à cause de la basse saison, la femme de ménage nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre, qui était de quelques mètres carrés plus grande que la chambre initialement réservée. La chambre était équipée d'une maison intelligente, comprenant des rideaux électriques, des toilettes intelligentes, des canapés confortables, un excellent humidificateur, des boissons gazeuses et des tapis de toilettes. Et ainsi de suite ~ La salle de bain dispose d'une grande quantité d'eau. C'est l'installation matérielle la plus nécessaire lors d'un séjour dans un hôtel/B&B en voyage. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et généreux, mais la cuisinière nous a également dit que si ce n'était pas suffisant, nous pourrions continuer à en rajouter Hahaha, nous étions pris en charge ! Je suis arrivé tard cette fois et j'ai raté le thé de l'après-midi. Je prendrai certainement une tasse de café la prochaine fois que je viendrai !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Most Memorable Stay of My First Trip to China I did a lot of research before choosing this guesthouse in Lijiang. Then I saw a photo of Aobai and somehow felt a calling 😂. I'm so glad I booked it because this turned out to be the most memorable stay of my entire trip. From the moment we arrived, Ah Zhi and Xiaofei came to pick us up from the drop-off point and helped with our large and heavy luggage. We were travelling with children and walking slowly, but Xiaofei patiently walked with us while Ah Zhi pulled the luggage trolley all the way. My first impression was that Ah Zhi and Xiaofei looked quite serious and intimidating 😂, but after getting to know them, I discovered they are some of the kindest and most helpful people I met during my trip. The guesthouse is tucked away among the shops, making it peaceful, quiet, and cozy. We were welcomed by beautiful lady boss Wang Hui with high-quality Pu'er tea and flower pastries. The hospitality started immediately, and the tea never seemed to stop flowing. Xiaofei, who constantly made sure I never went thirsty. Every time he saw me, he would offer me tea or stop by for a chat. Although my Mandarin is limited, communication was never a problem. We used Google Translate whenever needed and even had a few of our famous ”fresh air sessions” together 😂. Before long, it became an inside joke whenever Ah Zhi or Xiaofei saw me. Of course, I cannot forget Aobai, the true star of the guesthouse! The owners were always happy to let Aobai out whenever my children wanted to see or play with him. After one play session, Xiaofei even noticed my coat was covered in Aobai's fur and handed me a lint remover. Such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was one of the most unique experiences. All guests sit together at one long dining table, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. As a Muslim, I couldn't eat the noodles, but that was not a problem. I enjoyed steamed sweet potatoes, corn, and eggs, while the staff kindly prepared hot water for the cup noodles I brought for my children and even provided milk drinks. Everyone was respectful of my dietary restrictions. There is also a free-flow coffee machine in the lobby using freshly ground coffee beans. Thank you, Ah Zhi, for making fresh coffee for me. When I requested milk for my coffee, Ah Zhi and Xiaofei happily helped. These little gestures made me feel so welcome. It rained throughout our stay, but Xiaofei and Ah Zhi constantly reminded us to take umbrellas whenever we went out. Even when they were having dinner, they would come out to assist us, greet us when we returned, or see us off when we left. A special thank you to Wang Hui, Ah Zhi, and Xiaofei. Their warmth, kindness, and hospitality made us feel completely at home. On checkout day, our train was very early, and Ah Zhi kindly sent us off with flower pastries and milk drinks for the journey. Xiaofei also recommended a halal restaurant nearby, and the food was exceptionally delicious. I would also like to thank the other staff members whose names I unfortunately did not get. Every single person we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. I already miss Aobai and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my first trip to China such a memorable one. They provided a free car pickup from the train station, and upon arrival at the city gates, they arranged a human rickshaw to whisk our luggage through the stone streets directly to our door. Dès votre arrivée à Lijiang, direction l'hôtel Bailangle Mufu ! Situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la porte sud de la vieille ville, il est idéalement placé pour visiter le palais Mufu ! Coup de cœur pour sa piscine à flanc de falaise, face à la montagne enneigée du Dragon de Jade. Savourer un thé l'après-midi en flottant dans la piscine, tout en admirant le panorama sur la vieille ville, est une expérience inoubliable, digne d'une carte postale. L'hôtel abrite également des alpagas et des paons. Les alpagas, doux et affectueux, sont parfaits pour des photos. Le service est exceptionnel, avec un service de navette et la mise à disposition de guides locaux. Les chambres sont bien équipées et le chauffage et le Wi-Fi fonctionnent parfaitement. Voici un itinéraire suggéré : Matin : Arrivée, caresses aux alpagas, visite de la piscine, déjeuner : promenade jusqu'au palais Mufu pour déguster une fondue aux champignons, après-midi : visite du palais Mufu, soir : retour à l'hôtel pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Un itinéraire parfaitement organisé pour une expérience fantastique !

La chambre était spacieuse et la maison d'hôtes, située à un étage élevé, offrait une vue magnifique, surtout la nuit. La femme de ménage était très accueillante et s'est montrée très serviable. Elle a même allumé les couvertures chauffantes avant notre arrivée et a expédié nos bagages avant notre départ. Bien que la maison d'hôtes soit située à un étage élevé, il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'escaliers à monter, ce qui ne posait aucun problème pour quelqu'un comme moi qui n'aime pas trop se déplacer. Les rues pavées de la vieille ville de Lijiang ne sont généralement pas adaptées pour traîner des valises, mais le personnel de la maison d'hôtes nous a aidés à les porter jusqu'à la chambre, donc aucun souci. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon ; nous n'avons pas eu besoin de sortir pour le petit-déjeuner pendant notre séjour de deux jours.

Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.

C'est absolument incroyable de pouvoir admirer le lever du soleil sur les montagnes depuis son lit tous les matins. Cet hôtel est vraiment le nec plus ultra pour des vacances ; tout y est parfait, le service est impeccable et la restauration vaut le détour. Je tiens à mentionner en particulier un jeune homme charmant qui conduisait la navette : il était incroyablement chaleureux et sincère, passionné par son travail, et son sourire radieux égayait nos journées à chaque fois que nous le croisions. Même si les installations de l'hôtel ne sont pas les plus récentes, elles sont très bien entretenues, ce qui rend le séjour extrêmement confortable.

Nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour. Le gérant était d'une gentillesse rare : il nous a envoyé d'excellents conseils pour explorer les environs et s'est montré incroyablement réactif à toutes nos demandes, répondant instantanément à nos messages. Quand nous avons mentionné que nous aimerions une table pour nous maquiller, il nous a gratuitement surclassés ! Pour mon anniversaire, j'ai même eu la surprise de recevoir un joli bouquet de fleurs. Le ménage était fait quotidiennement par une dame très gentille. L'expérience globale a été fantastique. L'emplacement est également parfait, à deux pas des attractions principales, et avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces juste en bas de l'immeuble, c'est d'une commodité incomparable. Enfin, la salle de bain, avec ses espaces bien distincts (douche et lavabo séparés), nous a beaucoup plu.
