LLisa_GWe enjoyed our stay, it was peaceful and quite getaway. Exactly what we were looking for. The room was spacious and restaurant meals (burgers) and coffee were excellent. Service was really good and attentive, staff went out of there way to make us feel welcome. The activities on offer in the area seem to operate in the summer months, so it was very quiet with few people.

Le service de la réception est enthousiaste, le traitement de l'hébergement rapide et les installations sont complètement utiles. La position est pratique pour voyager, le dispositif autour est parfait, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, l'expérience globale est très bonne et mérite d'être recommandée.

IInvitéThe Yitel in Taicang is a fantastic hotel. From the great front desk staff allowing us a bit of an early check in, to the wonderful breakfast, great room with a lovely big bathtub, to the very warm and friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yitel. We have been staying at many hotels over the last few months in China, and this hotel is a standout. The location in central Taicang is great, with a shopping mall and Walmart right across the street, and many other shops, restaurants, banks, and more within easy walking distance. Our large Queen room was great - very large, incredibly comfortable and well appointed - and, again, the great big bathtub was a special treat. There is a great in house laundry - most importantly, the best dryer we have used at a ny of the hotels we have stayed in. Great hotel and would highly recommend.

UUtilisateur anonyme他們都很滿意。 今次入住呢間華住會旗下酒店，整體體驗好滿意！性價比好高，呢個價位有咁嘅環境同服務，真繫好抵。
辦理入住好順暢，服務員態度親切有禮。房間好乾凈衞生，床鋪同衞浴都好整潔，住得好舒服。
地理位置超方便，周圍有博物館、藝術中心、人民公園，步行就到，一早起身四圍行下啱曬。附近仲有萬達商場，食飯買嘢都好便利。延遲退房，行完景點食完午飯先check out，完全唔使趕時間。
多謝服務員嘅周到服務，呢間酒店好適合年輕人入住。

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Wwxznz這個酒店位置很好，到古鎮也就幾步路的事情，很近，酒店後面有個小公園，散步可以，酒店的早餐也可以，蠻豐盛的，酒店提供健身房和洗衣機烘乾機，健身房就一個跑步機 勉為其難，洗衣機和烘乾機提供是比較便利的，我一大早出去跑步 回來自己手洗了衣服 然後去烘乾挺好的，上述是酒店不錯的地方，但我也要説酒店的幾個問題 ，我入住的的房間，電動窗簾是壞的 要手動，電話機有聲音但一直打不通 試過幾次，問前台，直接給我一個手機號碼 説有事打手機，還所第二天上門來檢修，結果等我們離開時，也沒人來檢修，該壞的還是壞着，晚上要看電視 ，網絡一直出錯，衹能手機通知服務員，前來調試，調試好了 結果一關再開 又不行了，後頭也不折騰了，最後就是入住的第二天我們一大早8.30出門 出門按了請及時打掃的按鈕，結果下午回到酒店 整個房間也沒打掃，毛巾什麼都沒有，我衹能再打手機 讓我等等 説馬上來打掃 我等了5分鐘，沒人上門 我直接到前台發飆了 説是當天的布草都沒幾時送到 所以沒法打掃。。我也無語了，在回到房間後，來個服務員，我直接和她説，你把毛巾啥的給我們把其他也不用打掃了，服務員還在嘮叨什麼，沒看到及時打掃的燈，我説怎麼可能 我們出去就按了，綠色的，看的清清楚楚，她説沒看到，我也懶得搭理她，這些問題搞的入住體驗感比較差，以後再來沙溪古鎮，我考慮要換酒店了

Ttytth三角樹屋是第二次去了，第一次去是2024年冬天，當時感覺設施硬件更新一點，但是服務好像就一般般。第一次住了1號、2號樹屋，第二次住了3、4號樹屋，這樣這樣算來一共5間樹屋，1-4號都住過了。第一次是2024年冬天去的，發現2號屋的空調壞了，半夜娃凍的不行，被轉到後面的普通房型，結果還是很冷（記得那次是下雪的），服務員送了一個小太陽臨時緩解。這次去是五一，價格比24年漲了40%，還不含晚餐。雖然貴了很多，但是娃説還想去就又去了，這次住3-4號。結果發現3號的馬桶下水有問題，雖然修的很及時，但是也沒有徹底解決問題，不敢上大號衹能去公共廁所解決。4號的浴缸地漏有問題，塞子自己會回彈。但是給了一次性浴缸罩，所以暫時不影響使用。還有一個不太好的體驗就是這次可能是旺季正值七十二家理想村也搞一些活動，因為村道到樹屋的小門沒有鎖，導致外面很多陌生遊客會出於好奇爬上來到房間門口陽台。雖然也貼了不少告示，但是仍然會被打擾。有些素質高一點的會和你打招呼説明自己衹是好奇想看看屋子裡什麼樣子。有些感覺就是私闖民宅，素質很差。因為三角樹屋門很單薄，關不太緊，我每次離開都要反覆確認好幾遍鎖上了才敢離開。而且窗是大面積落地窗，衹靠一個窗簾遮光。這個問題商家也應該重視，因為外面客人要去前台必須先經過樹屋同時又沒人把守，真的有點安全隱患。

MMindful MetaphorThe exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map.
The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.
