The hotel is so modern and comfortable 😊 the room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. There is also free laundry facilities. Every night you can order a warm foot bath which was really good after walking around in the cold. The staff are really helpful and professional! The hotel is in a quiet area but is very convenient to the Bazaar and there’s lots of places to eat nearby.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue, avec toutes les commodités de base. J'ai apprécié le service de blanchisserie, la petite salle de sport et le bon petit-déjeuner servi chaque matin. L'emplacement était idéal, entouré de nombreux restaurants et à proximité du centre commercial CC Mall. L'arrivée anticipée était également un atout, rendant mon séjour plus agréable. Cependant, l'attitude du personnel de la réception a vraiment gâché mon expérience. À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m'a tout de suite dit : « Il y a un problème d'internet », sans même me saluer. Perplexe, je lui ai demandé des explications, mais il s'est contenté de répéter la même phrase plusieurs fois, en haussant le ton à chaque fois. L'échange a été désagréable, et ce n'est qu'après quelques minutes qu'il a procédé à mon enregistrement et s'est excusé. Le lendemain, lorsque j'ai demandé à la réception des informations sur les transports pour le Lac Céleste (Tianshan Tianchi), le personnel, homme et femme, m'a regardé d'un air absent, semblant n'en avoir aucune idée. J'ai dû me répéter plusieurs fois, mais ils n'ont toujours pas pu me renseigner sur ce site touristique pourtant réputé. L'une des employées jouait même avec son téléphone pendant la conversation. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels à travers le monde, et c'est la première fois que je rencontre un personnel ayant une connaissance aussi limitée de sa propre ville. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations et d'un emplacement pratique, mais le service de la réception et l'attitude du personnel laissent à désirer.

Le personnel de la table frontale est très utile. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La chambre est très propre et confortable.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. However, housekeeping was really poor. They crumpled our pajamas and i found mine on the floor. We pressed “DND” for housekeeping yet they still came in anyways. There was no fridge in the room. Front desk staff on some days tried to be helpful but unfriendly and I felt judged by them — like they have the “why are you asking stupid questions” look. The hotel is also surrounded by construction yet near the high speed rail station. Will I stay here again? It’s valid for money for the comfort but I hope they will improve their service standards.

L'environnement du magasin est léger et élégant, la zone publique est propre et colorée, la chambre est large et lumineuse, les lits sont doux, les toilettes sont complètes et les installations intelligentes sont très difficiles à utiliser. Depuis l'entrée à la sortie du magasin, le personnel est attentif à tout le processus, aidez l'initiative à emballer les bagages, introduire le milieu, les détails du service sont remplis. Le petit déjeuner est riche en frais, cuisines chaudes, plats, fruits et boissons sont tous à la fois et très satisfaits. Tout est bien pour voyager ou voyager, l'expérience est excellente et est vraiment recommandé!

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. L'hôtel est très économique, avec un étage élevé et une vue sur les montagnes au loin de la ville d'Urumqi. Le lever du soleil est magnifique. Prise en charge gratuite à l'aéroport en véhicule utilitaire Mercedes-Benz, dépose gratuite à l'aéroport pour Tesla modèle X, plein de styles ! Les deux chefs qui ont déposé et récupéré à l'aéroport étaient très gentils et ont donné aux gens le sentiment d'une vie heureuse et satisfaisante. La beauté à la réception est très belle et l'attitude du service est très bonne. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et élégantes. Je pense que ce prix est vraiment une bonne affaire. L'emplacement est très pratique : il faut environ 10 yuans pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à Hotan 2nd Street et 20 yuans jusqu'au Grand Bazar. Il faut moins de dix minutes à pied jusqu'à Wanda Plaza à côté, ce qui est très pratique.

Amber & Mr Ma est un grand patrimoine de l'hôtel, car ils sont amis et utiles qui offrent une assistance à nos besoins. Merci à tous les deux. Ils ont fait notre séjour à votre hôtel très agréable. L'hôtel Hotan Rosa propose un restaurant à proximité.. hautement recommandé ... Hand Grab Rice.. La chambre est propre et confortable à séjourner dans. La location est très proche de ceux qui veulent prendre le train à la gare Urumqi. Le petit déjeuner est incapable de prendre le petit déjeuner, car nous avons un tour précoce pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

I was surprised at how nice the hotel was. The location was excellent, I was able to get good meals from restaurants on the same block. They have a very nice laundry room that has both a washer and dryer. There breakfast starts at 8:30am and it was great.

C'est ma deuxième réservation. La chambre était propre et, surtout, l'emplacement est excellent. L'hôtel est tout près du Parc du Peuple et du Parc Hongshan, et un trajet en taxi jusqu'au Musée du Xinjiang et au Marché aux fruits secs de Hongshan coûte environ 10 yuans, ce qui est très pratique. L'aéroport est à une demi-heure de taxi. On trouve également de nombreux restaurants à proximité, et on peut se rendre à pied à la rue gastronomique Hotan Second Street, à seulement 3 kilomètres, en profitant du spectacle de la rue en chemin.
