Hôtels à Ilford avec petit déjeuner

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

It’s more spacious than the other 2-person bedroom we booked for our sons. It’s corner room. A bit pricier but it’s good for families with young kids. Love that the bathroom is at the other end of the room with extra exit space. Do visit the Titanic cafe - we went there bacause of good reviews. About 10 mins walk. A few shops before the Titanic cafe is a vintage-looking cafe/pub which serves cheap English breakfast offering free-flow hot drinks for and extra £1 plus. This opens on the dot at 8 am whereas the Titanic opens earlier.

J'ai parlé à la réception aujourd'hui : la chambre était sale, il y avait des traces de verre sur le sol, les toilettes étaient sales, il y avait des cheveux sous la douche et la lunette des toilettes était sale. J'aurais dû rester une nuit entière. Je suis venu uniquement pour éviter de payer des frais d'annulation, car nous avions réservé à la mauvaise date. Mais je n'ai pas pu utiliser la douche et la lunette des toilettes était très sale, alors j'ai dû partir au bout de 2-3 heures. La chambre ne sentait même pas le frais ; pour ce prix, j'étais sous le choc. Bref, 86 £, c'était du gaspillage. La réception était incroyable, serviable et gentille. Ils m'ont même dit que je n'étais pas le seul à me plaindre du personnel d'entretien.

Overall, it was good. The receptionist charged me £100 for security deposit on check in, but they haven't paid me back that amount even after 36 hours of check out.

Le service est très bon, il est très patient pour les personnes qui ne communiquent pas notre langue, le petit déjeuner est OK, la chambre est propre, bien que un peu petite. À la différence du centre-ville de Londres, il est plus pratique de prendre le métro.

Propre et sympa, mais l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale car j'entends les bruits de la maison voisine comme si elle était à ma porte. Netflix est disponible, mais l'invité n'a pas d'abonnement.

Il n'y avait pas de mauvaise qualité, la seule préoccupation était quand j'ai atteint Lucky 8, ils m'ont envoyé à la réception d'un autre séjour. De là ils m'ont envoyé à un autre bâtiment où leurs clés numériques ont cessé de fonctionner. Mais il était vraiment OK, pas sûr comment il serait pendant l'hiver compte tenu du temps, pas sûr comment le chauffage sera.

Almost satisfied apart from deposit refund back. Till now i am waiting for my deposit its my 5th day after deposit.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean  but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.
