Meilleur en classe pour design et matériel. Exceptionnel contact personnel par les gestionnaires et l'équipe supérieure. Terribles options de repas sur place. Amour des restaurants italiens, chinois et japonais. Ski en ski. Beau piscine intérieure et jacuzzis. Salle de sport équipée. Les trucs privés sont disponibles dans certains types de chambre. Un peu de problème d'infestation de bogues intérieurs et le personnel général a besoin de plus de formation, compte tenu de la classe de prix de l'hôtel. Sinon, le séjour le plus proche à la perfection dans n'importe quel ski resort partout dans le monde!

L'hôtel est un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai séjournés! Les équipements et la décoration sont excellents! Il y a aussi un transbordeur au grand Hirafu et il est si pratique!

Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet.

Le paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

Un service excellent, de l'arrivée au départ, grâce au personnel formidable du Chatrium Niseko. Ils étaient toujours disponibles en cas de besoin et nous ont aidés à organiser nos transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport en taxi. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied du télésiège familial Ace, d'où nous avons pu explorer les environs en snowboard et utiliser les nombreuses télécabines et remontées mécaniques. De nombreux food trucks et supérettes sur le chemin du retour vers l'hôtel, ce qui était très pratique. Merci Arigato pour cette expérience merveilleuse !

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

Bien que les chambres soient anciennes, elles sont spacieuses et élégantes, offrant un séjour confortable et sans contraintes. Le point fort est la vue imprenable sur le lac Toya, avec un paysage à couper le souffle. Contempler le lac et les montagnes à l'aube et au crépuscule est une expérience incroyablement apaisante. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner sont servis sous forme de buffet, proposant un large choix de plats savoureux. Cependant, il faut débarrasser sa table soi-même, ce qui est un peu contraignant. Le bain onsen est très grand et relaxant, mais l'eau est légèrement trouble. Dans l'ensemble, les installations sont un peu vieillottes, avec des signes d'usure dans les salles de bain et sur le mobilier, mais la gentillesse et la politesse du personnel compensent largement ces petits défauts. Cet établissement est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent une vue sur le lac, un bain onsen et un hébergement spacieux ; le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
