Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

Tout bon Les chambres sont super propres, socielles et vraiment amicales, aussi parce qu'il y a des restaurants, donc il est aussi le meilleur endroit pour avoir ataycation !

Emplacement ! Emplacement ! Emplacement ! L'accès direct aux pistes de ski est incroyable ! L'accès à votre casier est très pratique. Des vestiaires et des toilettes sont disponibles juste à côté des casiers. L'onsen (bain chaud) est super agréable avec une magnifique vue sur les arbres. Tellement rafraîchissant après une journée de ski. Le buffet est savoureux et varié. J'adore y retourner encore et encore.

Le paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

Super appartement idéalement situé. Deux grandes chambres avec de nombreux rangements, deux salles de bain spacieuses, un grand salon avec coin cuisine et tout le nécessaire pour préparer ses repas en famille. Seicomart et Lawson sont à quelques pas. Parking en sous-sol pratique. Tout est en parfait état et bien nettoyé. J'ai oublié quelques affaires dans le réfrigérateur, mais le personnel est venu les récupérer et les a déposées dans le réfrigérateur du hall pour que nous puissions les récupérer plus tard. Excellent service, merci ! Je mettrai certainement cet endroit en tête de ma liste pour mon prochain séjour à Hirafu 👍🏼

甘露之森太出乎意料的好了，房間在日本酒店算大的，而且小客廳還提供榻榻米墊子，一間房可以感受兩種風格。 酒店的天然温泉也很舒服，房間的浴缸都沒用過，滑完雪飛奔進温泉，簡直太舒服了。可以在一樓買酒店自製面膜，搭配温泉，效果好的很。 酒店提供的浴袍也很好看，可以泡完澡穿浴袍去餐廳，早餐晚飯也都超值，好吃不貴。 還有免費接駁車去兩個雪場，二世谷的寶藏酒店。

L'emplacement est excellent, offrant une vue imprenable sur tout le lac Toya. On peut également y observer des volées d'oiseaux aquatiques. L'établissement est propre, le mobilier est un peu vieillot, et le hall d'entrée bénéficie d'une vue fantastique sur le lac. L'espace onsen (source thermale) dispose de quatre fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique. Malheureusement, les repas du dîner et du petit-déjeuner n'étaient ni très raffinés ni très savoureux ; un point à améliorer. Le personnel était très aimable !

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
