UUtilisateur anonymeHighly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!

Nous avons repris l'espoir d'améliorer notre dernière évaluation critique, mais nous avons constaté que des défaillances importantes de service persistent.
* Salle Bienvenue: Les cookies sont appréciés, mais un tige de fleur de Baguio Rose serait un geste plus significatif.
* Entretien de maisons : Les serviettes placées sur le sol pour remplacement étaient simplement re-hangées ; nous devions appeler pour les nettoyants.
* Front Desk: Seul un membre du personnel en fonction a fait trois appels non répondus la nuit, ce qui pose un risque grave de sécurité en cas d'urgence.
* Food (Breakfast): HORIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetiting, and items like the sauce were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision.
Gestion/GM: Veuillez accorder votre attention particulière à ces points critiques. Nous devons voir des améliorations positives en janvier; sinon, nous allons chercher d'autres logements.

IInvitéThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Nous avons réservé une suite et demandé une vue sur le paysage ou la ville, roi de taille double requise.
Pour moins de 60 £, y compris le petit déjeuner, c'était un accord.
Nous avons été attribués la chambre 501, au niveau 1 (indiquer qu'il y a des chambres au-dessus et au-dessous du niveau de réception), normale pour Baguio compte tenu de la topologie de la zone.
Les vues sur la chambre sont spectaculaires, aucun bruit de l'ascenseur adjacent, 2 quarts de fenêtres ouvertes et ont gnat
Les couvercles de masque ( nous avons laissé ces ajar pour entendre les sons locaux qui étaient difficilement audibles). Efficacité con air dans la chambre (sans contrôle à distance), TV de bonne taille, TV avec paroi (un canal de presse britannique aurait été apprécié), mini bar de la chambre n'existe pas (pas le dépôt requis P2000 sur la réservation étant prépayé en ligne)
2 x bouteilles d'eau, coiffeur, sèche-cheveux, petit réfrigérateur, 2 x sucre de café et crème, 2 x tasses et sauces, une Bible ( manqué de 2 autres hôtels séjournés en vacances)
Le petit déjeuner était un bon buffet de sélection qui a saturé nos appétits jusqu'au soir.
Les membres du personnel sont attentifs mais pas excessifs.
Je pense que moi et ma femme avons trouvé notre emplacement de fuite pour les futurs voyages à l'IP que nous faisons au moins deux fois par an

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Notre séjour à l'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) à Baguio était très agréable. Ils étaient constamment polis, attentifs et toujours disposés à aider, ce qui a vraiment fait une différence dans notre expérience globale.
La propreté de l'hôtel est excellente. Les chambres, les halles et les zones communes sont sans place, et vous pouvez dire que le maintien de la maison prend fierté dans leur travail. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, confortables et fournissent tout ce que vous avez besoin pour un séjour relaxant.
L'hôtel est situé à proximité du cœur de Baguio pour un accès facile aux lieux populaires, mais loin pour profiter d'une atmosphère calme et pacifique. C'est un bon équilibre pour la relaxation et l'exploration de la ville.
Le petit déjeuner illimité était une bonne surprise. Un peu plus de variété dans le menu serait bon pour les invités qui restent plusieurs nuits, mais en général, il était un park très bon.
Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.
En général, l'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) a dépassé nos attentes. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great viewsEverything you would like in a Baguio gateway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

CChrish_OGThe hotel location is very nice, we were able to walk around Burnham Park in the morning, and the view is also nice. The breakfast is ok, and could have been perfect if the food is hot/warm. My only concern would be the facilities... The aircon is not as cold as we wanted to, and this is probably because a lot of hotels in Baguio does not have AC due to the cold weather. But when we visited, it was too warm already. They also dont have any electric fans. The comfort room smelled like mold, and the hot/cold shower is not working as well. The good thing is when we asked the front desk staff for assistance, they immediately helped and sent the maintenance staff for assistance. Overall, we enjoyed our trip in Baguio, but will probably consider other hotels instead.

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Rooms were set up nicely and clean. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite requesting a mountain or pine view room in advance, I was assigned a roadside room instead. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of packing breakfast earlier or have it plated and serve later on, I never received a response.
The room itself was lacking in basic amenities. Double lock on the door for added security was broken, and essential items such as room slippers, a laundry bag, and a blow dryer were missing. Overall, the front desk staff could improve in handling requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 ou moins) One thing nakakahilo yung pakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska Sana may Nag Assistant Dun Sa Pag Akyat at Pagbaba ng Sasakyan Pra di Nagkakasalubungan at Maiwasan Yung Disgrasya.

AAngelica EranaThe staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.
