« The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage. »

JJay36I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly professional. Situated right in the city center, it’s the best choice for a budget-friendly stay near everything. Just be aware that current renovations may cause some noise, and you will need to use a service elevator and pass through the parking lot requiring a short walk to the main road.
Overall its a choice.

IInvitéThe hotel is located in Camp John Hay, a private, peaceful, and well-guarded community. Although the room is somewhat old, it is very clean and offers a great view from the balcony. Overall, it’s a good choice for those visiting Baguio.

CCram GarciaExcellent service, clean and comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff (specially Albert from Security, who helped us everytime looking for a parking that is near in the entrance and it helps a lot because my wife is pregnant). Its a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.”
Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy.
●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.”
●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online.
Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

BBright OneLes chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Cependant, elles étaient un peu sombres et vieilles (elles ont besoin d'entretien). De plus, il n'y avait pas de climatisation, mais c'était correct car il faisait froid. Le hall d'entrée a également l'air terne (une musique douce est diffusée). L'emplacement est correct près de la ville. Les services étaient excellents, à l'exception d'un membre du personnel de la réception qui n'était pas très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était bon, en particulier les tapas de bœuf et le chocolat chaud ! Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..
