Hôtels à Pampangue avec petit déjeuner

C'est ma première fois que je suis à Swissôtel Clark, et c'est une grande expérience. La chambre est belle et la nourriture est délicieuse. Le personnel est très accueillant et la piscine est certainement l'une des meilleures piscines d'hôtel à Clark! C'est très bien d'être ici. Je reviens bientôt.

Très bel hôtel proposant de nombreux services. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine sur le toit au 7e étage, qui est magnifique, ainsi que le personnel très accueillant et gentil. Malheureusement, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée donnait directement sur la rue : j’entendais les voitures toute la nuit, ainsi que le bruit de l’autoroute à proximité, ce qui a été très désagréable. L’insonorisation n’est pas optimale. À part cela, tout le reste est superbe et je recommande cet hôtel, en demandant toutefois une chambre éloignée de la rue.

Notre séjour au Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort était vraiment agréable, surtout pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants. La propriété est bien entretenue, avec beaucoup d'espaces ouverts et de verdure qui créent une atmosphère pacifique et sûre pour les enfants à explorer et à jouer. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et très confortables, ce qui a facilité la relaxation après un jour d'activités. Le petit-déjeuner buffet a une grande sélection de plats qui s'occupent à la fois des adultes et des enfants, ce qui fait du matin quelque chose à attendre. En général, il s'agit d'un séjour mémorable et relaxant pour notre famille.Hilton Clark est certainement une grande option pour ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants, et nous reviendrons heureusement à l'avenir.

My stay was quite nice overall. The highlight was being greeted with an enthusiastic smile and dedication to customers by MARJ every morning as I approached the restaurant for morning coffee and then breakfast. She may be the most pleasant employee I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. The location was spot on. The room was adequate but showed signs of wear and tear such as a stained and cracked lamp. We thought the rooms were under lit. However we do look forward to our next stay a Park Inn Clark. Hopefully Marj will still be there 😊

We were looking forward to trying out Prime Asia Hotel based on the photos seen online. We have mixed experience after our stay. GOOD: 1. The rooftop pool was big enough with numerous seating options around it. The asian inspired gazebos on both ends gave a relaxing ambiance to the space. 2. Breakfast buffet had a wider array of dishes. We loved that they have two dishes each for Indian and Korean guests. Tumeric basmati rice was savory. Gochugang Eggs and Fish Cakes dish was delicious. Although Masala Chicken was lacking spices so was bland. 3. Housekeeping and Breakfast restaurant staff were engaging and quick to serve. Special mention are Iya of housekeeping and Ross of IMO. 4. Smart TV in the room so Netflix ready. COULD BE IMPROVED: According to their website: ”Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway. A contemporary retreat featuring spacious accommodations and carefully curated amenities for every traveler.” 1. We booked a family room. Upon entering we were surprised to find NO bedside table. Does hotel management expect their guests to place their mobile phone, eyewear/prescription glasses, TV remote, etc on the floor? In the photos online, rooms had side tables. We had to go down to the reception to ask. To be fair, housekeeping staff searched for a side table and was able to bring a table (see photos). 2. No electric kettle and coffee/tea making amenities. Even lower standard hotels/motels have these. Had to borrow from IMO Restaurant. 3. Smart TV would not load Netflix. Another call to reception to have their technical staff come to fix it. 4. Room refrigerator would not turn on. Fourth call to reception for assistance. Housekeeping came again and we found out that the ref was defrosted by turning off the breaker. To summarize, the hotel has a lot going for it. Hopefully management acts on these improvement points which are not hard to rectify. So for now only ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ overall.

It was nice. They took a while for us to provide us our room. Their water tastes off and their halo-halo as well. I just had 3 spoons of it but wasn’t able to finish it. Their other foods are okay.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

La chambre était grande. Cependant, il y avait environ 5 petits insectes volants dans la salle de douche, ce qui la rendait insalubre. La nuit, il y avait de la musique forte venant du toit de l'immeuble voisin, j'ai donc dû porter des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir. Bien qu'il y ait quelques inconvénients comme mentionné ci-dessus, dans l'ensemble, je pense que c'est un hébergement d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. J'ai aimé la réception et le personnel de nettoyage.

L'hôtel lui-même et la chambre sont propres et bien rangés. Les employés sont tous respectueux et adorables. Sauf qu'ils ont oublié de me rendre ma carte d'identité au moment du départ. Les contacter a été une expérience terrible car il faut passer par leur service client. J'ai donné mon numéro de réservation via TRIP.com et j'ai dit que je ne pouvais pas trouver mon numéro de réservation. J'ai rappelé et j'ai parlé à un autre agent inutile, cette fois j'ai eu son nom ”Hanz”. Tout ce que je demandais, c'est s'ils pouvaient me connecter à la succursale de Pampanga ou simplement me donner le numéro, mais ils ne le feront pas. Au lieu de cela, ils m'ont dit de les contacter via les réseaux sociaux, ce qui était pénible car le numéro de contact n'y est pas non plus affiché. Je suis philippin ici aussi, mais c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est toujours stressant de traiter des questions simples ici. Et je ne réserverai probablement plus !
