Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. This is a large hotel with a large amount of land space and a nice private beach. There are lots of options where you can sun bathe, given the three different pools and two piers equipped with sun-beds. We went as a couple with no kids but we believe it’s definitely one of the best resorts if you’ve got kids as there are a wide range of activities for them including water slides and kids disco. The food options are quite good, though they may start to feel a bit repetitive if you’re staying for more than a week. The staff, however, truly stand out for their warmth and hospitality. A special thanks to Gökhan, the most caring, friendly and attentive guest relations staff member and Melike, the kindest and most caring nurse, for looking after me after my hands injury. Melike did and used everything she could to make sure my hands don’t become infected and Gökhan offered us two reservations for their a la carte restaurants which was very nice of him. The entertainment team also deserves praise for their friendliness and for always recognizing familiar faces, adding a personal touch to our stay. The gym is quite nice to get some workouts done. While the rooms are fairly basic, they are spacious and offer lovely views ( the air con works quite well as well). Housekeeping could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to changing the bed sheets, which unfortunately wasn’t done daily during our stay. In addition, The music by the infinity pool could be improved either by switching to more relaxing tunes or simply lowering the volume. As it is, it doesn’t contribute to a calm or peaceful atmosphere.

Самые положительные впечатления об отеле. Всё сделано для удобства проживания. Комната небольшая, постель была удобной, подушки комфортные. Холодильник замечательно охлаждал, кондиционер достаточно мощный и расположен вдалеке от кровати. Есть набор гель, шампунь, кондиционер, а также жидкое мыло. Приятного запаха, волосы - шёлк. Ушные палочки. Удобные одноразовые тапочки. Еда свежая, чай и кофе в течении дня очень кстати. Местоположение-это то, куда все едут погулять из всяких других отелей. Сам двор милый, домашний. Море рядом, утром зеркало, купались каждое утро. Магазины сразу за углом, 101 и BIM. Спасибо. Очень рекомендую.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon à trouver, il y a un petit frère à la porte pour aider avec le stationnement, les bagages, etc., mais le style de décoration de l'hôtel est général, mais la chambre est toujours très bien, il y a un balcon en plein air, très près de la plage, la surveillance est une grande piscine. La chambre est très insonorisée et il n'y a pas de bruit fort. Cependant, les autres services de l'hôtel sont plus généraux, les réservations Ctrip n'incluent pas le petit-déjeuner, par rapport au prix de l'hôtel, le prix est moyen, mais l'assainissement environnemental global est très bon.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Franchement rien à dire l’hôtel et tout simplement parfait nous avons passée un excellent séjour avec ma femme je vous le recommande le service et au top les chambres très propres N’écoutez pas les commentaires qui vous disent que c’est un mauvaise hôtel l’hôtel et très très sympathique

Just left the Labranda TMT hotel. What can I say, he certainly does not pull at 5 stars and close. I paid for two for 140 euros a day in early October 2025 and for that kind of money I, in principle, is not so offensive. It is more expensive. Immediately about the good - we accidentally got the best hotel room - a two -room room with two bathrooms and balconies, on the ground floor and a view of the sea (apparently there was an overbooking). The pool without heating and swim is very cold (we knew that). Water in the sea is warmer than the pool. Ponton is new, there are a lot of sun loungers, but of course almost everything in the morning is Met and occupy. SPA is one name, you should not count on it. One sauna warms up, the second room in the tile and stinks of mold. Hamam, whom I was looking forward to standing with an open door and there they will scrub and soap people for money, there is no couple at all. From the children's at the hotel, only 2 slides (work by the clock), a couple of tables in a restaurant, a non -room and miniDisko (children's food are not provided at all). We go to an important one - the hotel is ideal for vegorians! The meat can be found with great difficulty and then it will be a chicken or turkey. Once there were microde beefs in the mountain of stewed vegetables. Grill fish was overdried. Free potatoes and pasta, soda, rolls, chemical juices around the clock. I tried alcohol only beer (excellent) and white wine dry (my head fell ill). I didn’t dare anymore, I drank my proven rum. The waiters, the maids of all fellows, traditionally want money in the spa. I did not notice the animation in 4 days - only once there was charging in the pool, but very incendiary and karaoke in the evening. Music yells up to 23 hours stably, so the doors vibrate. They smoke everything and everywhere (as in the whole of Turkey). The contingent are ordinary ordinary people, more often not youth, many Poles, Germans, there are Russian ones (there were no instadards). The location is very good - we walked to the castle and back on foot. Near the hotel there is migros and shock. A taxi stand in front of the hotel. We left for the airport for 1600 lire. In general, if you are not tempted by chic hotels with seafood, animation and cocktails in the pool, then you will definitely like it.

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers huit heures du matin. On nous a rapidement enregistrés et on nous a offert du thé. Petite précision : lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que ce serait une chambre standard sans vue sur la mer, mais nous avons finalement été logés dans une chambre club, soi-disant avec vue sur la mer. En réponse à mon commentaire, on m'a répondu que, malheureusement, c'était la fête de Bayram et qu'on ne pouvait pas me proposer de chambre dans le bâtiment principal, car elle était censée avoir vue sur la mer. Ce fut un incident désagréable. Il s'avère que pour être sûr d'obtenir une chambre dans le bâtiment principal, il faut choisir une chambre standard avec vue sur la mer. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux : fromages variés, saucisses, soupe, œufs, omelette, petits pains, fruits, miel en rayon, légumes, confiseries, légumes verts… Un buffet. On apporte les boissons sur demande. Le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique et verdoyant. L'architecture est magnifique. Il y a cependant quelques problèmes d'eau chaude dans les chambres ; nous devions généralement nous laver à l'eau tiède. En général, tous les problèmes ont été résolus rapidement : apporter de l'eau, réparer le téléphone, changer les serviettes, changer le seau de la salle de bain, appeler un taxi. Autre point : l'hôtel METT est situé à proximité, et la musique était forte jusqu'à tard, ce qui n'était pas très agréable pour nous, car nous aimons le calme. En général, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel.
