WWestCoast360They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day.
I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

IInvitéScott was the attendant when we arrived. He was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I was in the 4th floor and the hallways hah ac extremely strong chemical smell, like industrial glue or paint thinner. It was enough to take your breath away. It didn't get into the rooms thankfully, but you certainly didn't want to leave them because it was so strong. We were advised by Scott that the hotel was undergoing renovations and he was extremely apologetic. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the shower. The water was lukewarm at best and not warm enough for my granddaughter or daughter to take a shower. We were unable to try the breakfast as we woke up to an area wide power outage due to extreme weather. Overall, the best thing about staying here was the outstanding customer service we received and that would probably be the only reason I would come back again.

Ssherj102This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind.
I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours.

IInvitéLa chambre est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai expliqué que je serais parti 4 nuits et j'ai été assuré qu'il n'y avait aucun problème.
J'ai réservé la chambre par l'application habituelle. J'ai appelé le lendemain pour vérifier la chambre et le parking. Je me suis assuré de pouvoir quitter la voiture sans frais si j'avais passé la nuit T leur hôtel.
A l'arrivée, il m'a été dit que j'aurais dû payer le parking. J'ai expliqué mes 2 appels et le gentleman a dit que c'était $5 par nuit. À ce moment-là, c'est très tard et mon vol était très tôt, donc j'ai accepté de payer.le $5 par nuit. Je n'ai aucune idée de la façon dont il a réussi à être $35 mais à être épuisé, je l'ai payé.
Je suis très ennuyeux d'être informé de fausses informations - pas une fois, mais trois fois.
J'ai conseillé à ma compagnie et à mes amis sur les questions que j'ai rencontrées.

RReedPNous avons séjourné ici plusieurs fois au cours des dernières années 5-10, donc nous * pensais* nous savions ce que nous allions obtenir.
L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Les petites choses sont tout simplement confusionnelles et surprenantes que ce hotel une fois magnifique est en train de se développer.
🚪La carte clé sur la porte a été bussée! Le glissement dans la carte était le plus finique de TOUT le temps, nous donnant des problèmes. Une fois la carte clé glisse tout le chemin, manger la carte. Maintenance est venue pour récupérer la carte. Aucune correction n'a été faite, on nous a juste dit de faire attention.
🪟 Les parapluies de soleil derrière la fenêtre étaient janky AF, la gauche était descendue mais ne se déplacerait pas (le corde avait été retiré et attaché au sommet). Mais quand j'ai fait ça, j'ai réalisé pourquoi ils l'avaient en dessus et le moteur électrique s'est éteint ... Il n'a pas tout descendu et a été éteint. 💧 Le baignoire est en arrière, l'eau chaude à droite et la chaude à gauche. 🌡️ Le thermostat a été brisé. La chambre était très froide, mais elle était très humide, et elle était assez humide pour que les meubles se sentaient très bien.
La chambre a travaillé pour nous, oui.

~~ Heather ~A wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main strips. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.
