Dans cette ville déserte de la vallée, un tel hôtel est plutôt rare. Il répond à tous vos besoins, le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité et du café, du lait, du chocolat chaud et de l'eau chaude sont offerts dans le hall !

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities I have mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. While there were some high points, the handling of basic facilities and staff communication led me to give a 3-star rating. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast. it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s ”broken” machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an ”out of order” sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Overall: A decent place to sleep with a good breakfast, but the management needs to work on honest communication and facility maintenance.

J'ai utilisé le parc national de Yamen. La chambre est très propre, je suis bien nettoyée, je dors bien, peut-être parce que le bébé est bon. Le petit déjeuner est très rare, mais il y a un repas indien, ce qui est très inhabituel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is also a big plus, as it’s conveniently close to town, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—excellent selection of fresh, delicious food, perfect to start the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

La chambre est très nouvelle et très grande, les installations sont bonnes, mais il a été préalablement annoncé pour le lit de canapé, il n'a pas été enfoncé après avoir été là, il a dit au bureau que beaucoup de personnel étaient sortis du travail, il ne pouvait pas m'aider à enfoncer, et il est bon que Trip.com ait aidé à traiter cette affaire.

Le rapport qualité-prix est relativement élevé, il y a un four à micro-ondes en bas à utiliser, le moab n'est pas grand, il ne faut que quelques minutes pour vivre ici jusqu'au centre-ville, maintenant la route est en construction, mais cela n'affecte pas n'importe quoi. Vu deux faons dans la cour

The front desk person what awesome. The front desk area was welcoming in decor. The decor was ok in the room. There was stain on the bedspread on one bed. The room was dusty. Had a strong scent not sure if to cover up smoke or bad scents. The heater was quite noisy when it ran in the night.

It was the best value-for-money hotel. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the breakfast, though simple, was great. It was such a good hotel that I’d love to visit again in the summer.

The check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests. In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly. Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, sur la route principale. Conduisez quelques kilomètres jusqu'au parc national des Arches. Le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner américain, ce qui n'est pas mal, juste à partir de. Il y a peu de places dans le restaurant, il faut donc attendre une place pour le petit-déjeuner ou aller dans la salle à manger au deuxième étage pour dîner.
