Installations: la chambre est relativement large, propre, essentiellement l'hôtel est nouveau, il a séjourné trois nuits à l'hôtel sans voir un noir Santé: Les mexicains ont nettoyé la chambre, les gens sont très chauds Service: il n'y a pas beaucoup de produits pour le petit déjeuner, il est encore délicieux, il y aura de petites modifications chaque jour L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville, derrière un restaurant de la rue principale, beaucoup de restaurants peuvent manger.

Very nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening. Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb! And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee. So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Très belle chambre et très bon service. J'ai réservé la mauvaise chambre apparemment, mais le réceptionniste Josh a su ce que je cherchais (car nous avions appelé avant de réserver en ligne) et il leur a laissé une note pour qu'ils gardent cette chambre à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Apprécié l'étape supplémentaire. ❤️

Nous avons eu un grand séjour. La situation est excellente avec une promenade facile à restaurants et bars et le stade de base-ball juste derrière. Le tube chaud était chaud et la piscine était grande. Nous avons des billets de dernière minute sur la ligne avant pour voir les Bats. Le parking est gratuit après 5h00 à 10h00 du côté de l'hôtel et 10 $ de parking tout le jour à l'opposé du stade - à seulement 3 minutes à pied.

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

Nous avons réservé cette chambre pour 4 personnes. Tous les sites de réservation, y compris les ponts de séjour, sont situés dans l'État du site, une chambre d'études royale, peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il est composé de 3 couteaux. 3 fourches, 3 serviettes, 3 boîtes, 3 plaques, 3 verres de vin, 3 verres de boisson. Nous avons dû acheter une mère d'air pour que notre fille dorme. Le logement est une bonne chose pour les clients.

It took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.
