Loved our stay here it was great and fast to check in and we absolutely loved the space in our room. The cleanliness was phenomenal and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This is my favorite hotel so far! It was so convenient and we had enough space to relax and enjoy some TV and tons of storage space like a hutch AND closet. I'm very picky with certain things and this hotel checked off all my boxers.

This is really a gym of a hotel that strikes the balance between affordability and luxury and a great location. The bed and bedding is to die for.

Si nous sommes passés dans le hall du Staybridge, nous sommes étonnés de la belle et bien décorée de cet hôtel et, après avoir vérifié notre chambre, nous n'avons jamais réalisé que notre cauchemar ne commencerait que. Notre clé de chambre ne ouvrirait aucune des portes extérieures pour l'entrée, donc nous avons demandé au clef ce qui était erroné et elle a dit qu'il y avait un problème avec la porte, donc elle aurait dû vérifier l'entretien et entre-temps elle nous a délivré une carte clé qui Il a travaillé mais il a expiré cette soirée et n'a plus travaillé et nous avons encore une fois été fermés en gardant des sacs de magasins et de marchandises de Walmart et nous avons dû marcher tout autour du Brdg. Portant nos choses pour entrer par l'entrée frontale. Puis, quand j'ai utilisé la main et la crème de visage de DOVE dans la salle de bain pour appliquer à mon corps, il avait un odeur terrible d'être rasé et devait immédiatement laver. Encore une fois, nous avons décidé de quitter votre hôtel et de passer les 3 jours à l'hôtel Best-Western à côté de la porte, alors que nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes, de problèmes ou de problèmes inconfortables.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Entered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

REALLY comfortable beds but hostile cleaning staff. As long as you're just there for business and don't hang out in the room you'll love it. I had a lot of work to do in the room and I had to deal with the cleaning girl SLAMMING the door next to me violently over and over again. This was not just her carelessly letting the door slam, it went on for hours every single day. I don't understand passive aggressive staff like this. If you really hate your job that much just find something else you actually enjoy. It ruined what could have been an awesome few days in Dallas, and I actually decided to stop staying at Hilton hotels just because of this cleaning person who kept doing ”slam attacks” against me. Just goes to show, one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire brand.

L'hôtel était très bon. Le seul plainte que j'ai eu était que j'avais ma Do Non Enter/ Non Disturber (ne sais pas ce qu'il a dit) pendant sur la porte quand je suis allé au magasin. J'avais l'argent qui était laissé sur le compteur et d'autres valeurs que je n'avais pas mis dans le cc sécurisé, je n'avais pas le temps de la jeter là.
