Great service in a great hotel. Got a handicap accessible room right across hall from elevators ... very clean and quiet. Housecleaning service was excellent, gave us whatever we asked for without any problems. Front desk people were friendly and accommodating. In-house restaurants had good food and a great staff. Main complaint was parking... nothing close to the entrance, ot even the handicap spaces.

I cant say enough good things sbout this hotel. My wife and I stayed 1 night on our way to Portland in Janusry. Our room was spotless and the king mattress, tv and bathroom were first rate. The free breakfast was much nicer than expected and the gym was s bonus. We stayed sgain our return from Portland and the hotel was excetional in execution. …. Highly recommend !

La chambre est propre et propre, et il y a des produits de lavage. Deux lits doubles, la salle de séjour et un canapé. La réception est également très chaleureuse. Gare de carburant près, restaurant est très pratique.

Le stationnement est gratuit, sur le terrain. Le petit-déjeuner est très simple, à l'occidentale, œufs brouillés, galettes, céréales épaisses, morceaux de pommes de terre au four, jus de fruits, pain, œufs au plat, peuvent être en libre-service en un seul point. C'est un style de famille américaine, les équipements ne sont pas mal, mais ce n'est pas un style avec des hôtels domestiques. L'emplacement est correct, essentiellement à l'université. C'est assez pour moi, pas des vacances.

Rooms need upgrades. Facilities are aging. The stay and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again. It was very convenient to the events we were attending.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

La poignée de la douche manquait et comme c'était un samedi, personne de l'entretien du bâtiment n'était disponible pour la réparer. De plus, aucune autre chambre n'était disponible. J'aurais aimé obtenir une sorte de compensation de la part de l'hôtel ou de Trip.com, mais je n'ai pu appeler Trip.com que plus tard dans la semaine et personne n'a pu / disposé à faire quoi que ce soit pour moi.

La position est à une heure de Boston, l'environnement est magnifique et les achats sont confortables.
