THE VILLAGE AT BRECKENRIDGE WILL BE REDOING SIDING AND WINDOWS OF THE PEAK 9 INN BUILDING INN THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER OF 2025. THIS UNIT IS NOT LOCATED IN THE PEAK 9 INN BUILDING NOR DOES IT FACE IN THAT DIRECTION. THE FITNESS CENTER IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OPEN. If you want convenience, your search is over! Family-friendly location! This a ski in / ski out unit, meaning hiking/biking trails are adjacent to the unit. The unit is located in The Village at Breckenridge Resort Wetterhorn Building which is 1/2 block walk to Main Street Breckenridge. Maggie Pond is adjacent to the unit which has fishing, paddle boats, etc. The unit has three queen size beds, one full size sleeper sofa, and two full size bathrooms. The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club provides endless towels for your use as well. Free video games and billiards. Additionally, there is a free theater and gamers room you can reserve for your family located downstairs in the health club for your enjoyment. The theater and gamers room are available on a first come basis This unit underwent a renovation. This included removal of the popcorn ceiling and resurfacing all the walls. Additionally, all the carpet was removed and plank vinal flooring installed. It is recommended that guest bring slippers to wear in the unit. The unit can now be cleaned at higher standards. There are a few finishing touches still being completed. The condo has two sleeping areas (see layout photo for condo footprint), two full baths, and is located at the 'Village at Breckenridge' base of Peak 9. This ski-in/ski-out Condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge making skiing and hiking trails steps away from the unit. The location has excellent access to the Quick Silver Ski Lift as well as Breckenridge's famous Main Street filled with Shops and Restaurants. The living area has a 55" 4K smart HDTV and a 42" HDTV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, blender, etc. There is a gas fireplace. All linens/towels, paper towels, dish soap, are furnished. The unit has high speed password protected wireless (WIFI). A modem is located in the unit should you want to hard-wire into it. I can direct you to ski rental discounts and discounts on transportation to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking). You do not need a car at this location. First, I recommend taking the shuttle to avoid parking fee though out Breckenridge. This is very convenient for those guests traveling by airline. There are various shuttles to/from the Denver International Airport. There are also shuttle services available throughout summit County (I have discounts available to save you money). Should you need parking there are options; Option 1. The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available to guests on a first come basis. Parking costs vary by the time of year. May 1 to May 31 is $6/night. June 1 to Oct 31 is $16/night. Option 2. I own another unit approx. 150 yards to the east. Should I have parking available at this location during the time needed, you can park there for free. Option 3. There is also parking nearby at the ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service allowing you to get back and forth to your car easily. A clothes washer and dryer are located on each floor of the Wetterhorn building. They can be operated by using an app from your cell phone. I would like to share my decades of experience in Breckenridge with you. Let me know if this is your first time to Breckenridge.
