Hôtels à Brentford avec salle de sport

L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Il y a un supermarché à côté de l'hôtel pour acheter des produits de première nécessité. Le supermarché propose des fruits, des légumes et de la viande à l'achat. La chambre d'hôtel dispose d'une cuisine, il est donc très pratique de cuisiner soi-même. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique, mais comme il s'agit d'un appart'hôtel, le service de nettoyage des chambres n'est assuré qu'une fois par semaine. J'envisagerai de revenir ici la prochaine fois que je voyagerai à Londres.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Il dispose d'une belle piscine qui a toujours une température décente à côté d'une sauna et d'une salle de sport. Excellente chambre de changement mais trouvée très froide à l'entrée. Priti avait un bon humeur et nous faisait sourire qu'elle était très utile et qu'elle a mentionné que nous avions encore des boissons de bienvenue complimentaires qui nous étaient laissées sur notre séjour dans notre chambre avant de partir. Très professionnelle et excellente compétences de communication du personnel ici. Attention et très utile ne semble jamais être stressé. Aller loin et au-delà. Maintenez le bon travail. Ne peux pas attendre mon prochaine visite qui sera en octobre.

Ma chambre a été surclassée et prête à mon arrivée, elle était très propre et il y avait aussi de l'eau gratuite dans ma chambre. Le personnel du Holiday Inn était très arrangeant et serviable à tous points de vue. Le petit déjeuner était très frais et bien servi avec une belle présentation. Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.
