A perfect vacation spot for the whole family! Amazing location less than 2 blocks from the beach! Great for families of any size! Enjoy your visit with a quick walk to the beach, great living area, open kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor shower. WiFi is included and covers the whole house. This newly constructed home features five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loaded with board games for you and your family to play! The first floor features a grand entry way, a second living space with inch tv, laundry room with washer and dryer, full bath, and three bedrooms. No garage access. One bedroom has a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle. The last bedroom downstairs has a full bunk bed with a twin top bunk and full trundle. The second floor features a great open living space including open kitchen, dining room table (leaf available), sectional couch with a 70” flat screen tv, and porch deck. The deck includes a table for 8 and an additional seating spot with view of the Atlantic Ocean. Fantastic stay, as always! This home is a true gem in Brigantine. We go every year for an annual family reunion with family of all ages. It’s a perfect location, perfect size, and perfectly stocked! Can’t recommend the place enough!

Great House. Beautiful house and a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach and very close to the best ice cream in Brigantine. My family and I had a wonderful week! Will definitely be back.

One of the best homes on the island! We had a lovely time at Matthew’s home. The house is amazingly furnished with everything you could look for in a beach house. We particularly appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was for dining in. The beach is right down the street, as are several of the island’s main businesses. You really can’t get better on Brigantine!

Beach Fun! We had a great time at this rental with kids and friends. The location was very convenient to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. The Owner was easy to reach and extremely responsive when needed. Excellent week!

Great Beach Vacation House Very comfortable, spacious, modern, clean, well appointed and well maintained vacation house within walking distance to an awesome ocean-side beach. Great for a large group (5 bedrooms). Close walking distance to Ice-cream, Tacos, Deli etc. Owner and Property Management are very responsive. We would definitely recommend this house as a rental.
