Beautiful All Renovated Condo at the Islander resort - Direct Oceanfront with heated pool, 2 balconies and 2 master bedrooms (1 each floor) Walk to Brigantine's nicest beach, Community Center: Tennis/ Pickleball, Mini golf, Dog park , Aunt B's ice cream, deli, restaurants and shops. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, 4 beach tags and 4 pool passes are included with your stay (Pool is open weekends starting Memorial Day then daily June 15th through Labor day, then weekends till 10/2.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Renters responsible for childproofing.About customRules:There is no alcohol allowed at the pool. Drinking in the pool area will result in a $525 fine which you will pay..Maximum Occupancy In the condo is 6 guests (including children) at any given time.,Primary renter is required to provide identification and signed Short Term Rental Agreement.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 26.About events:No events allowed.

Very cute place
We enjoyed our stay it was very clean and cute. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer to use while we stayed. The condo was close to everything also

Family Vacation in Brigantine
Lovely condo in Brigantine, super close to the beach! Very clean and comfortable beds. Decorated nicely. Well equipped kitchen. Overall a great place to spend a week with family and friends!

Excellent Beach Getaway!
This is the third time I have stayed here…two times for weekends in the off season and this last time for a beach week with my family. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Great Stay
We absolutely loved our stay at the Islander condo. It had everything I needed for my family. Everything was up to date and working properly. Upon arrival it was the cleanest unit we have ever rented and I've been renting in Brigantine for 15 years. Storing our beach stuff and personal belongings was very easy and safe. The condo was close to the pool. I was able to cook for my family often and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook any kind of meal. The layout was perfect for my family's needs and we were so comfortable. Looking forward to staying for years to come!!

Great place near the beach
The condo was exactly as pictured. We loved our stay. Our daughter loved the bedroom upstairs. The walk to the beach wasn’t super long and it was not very crowded. The pool was also nice but don’t think it was heated. It also was never full either.
