Just returned from this hotel, a night early!! Before arrival you receive an email with code for entrance telling you it's an electronic key pad, this wasn't the case it's been replaced with a manual key pad so code I had been sent didn't work had to then phone and go threw this I don't know how many times with customer service IE yes I have received the email no it's not an electric key pad it's Manuel no the code does not work !!!! Eventually they gave me a different code and I got in, o and the key box on my room door where my key should have been diddnt work either so key had been left in lock, I could forgive all this messing because room was faultless lovely comfortable bed lovely clean bedding ,TV netflix etc lovely bathroom, iron ironing board hair dryer tea coffee water all spot on, Untill my second night when I was woken by 2 men trying to get in my room they said at one point ,,just force the door, there is no one on call in the hotel, I had a number for emergency but no one answered!! I was as a female solo traveler terrified, I could hear them going up and down the stairs and trying all doors , I sat on a chair behind the door till daylight and left and booked in another hotel for my last night where I felt safe, please consider having someone on site at night for security
