Amazing stay! Staff was very kind. Room and facilities clean . The Lounge area was the best place to hang out during my stay :) highly recommended!!

I have stayed in many hostels but this was the best not only because of its central location but also because of the incredibly kind and helpful staff (especially the lady who worked at railway previously and he collegue (unfortuntaley forgot to ask their names)) I felt at home straight away and it was nice to come back every day because I was welcomed like a dear friend. The very cosy lobby brought people together. It is also rare that a small breakfast is included in the price and the kitchen is well equipped enough to make a few simple things for ourselves. I am especially grateful that they handled the misunderstanding at booking in the most generous way possible.Needless to stay that the rooms and the hostel itself were very clean. Probably The Bristol Wings is the best choice you can make.

Booked to stay for a wedding in Bristol. The accommodation was right next to the venue and near the the church which was so convenient. Staff and service were superb and very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was great. Well done.

excellent facilities, spotless room, friendly staff, welcoming environment. Stayed with all ages with family and accomodation could not have been better to cover all needs. Would definitely return to stay again

Warm welcoming staff, superb communal spaces, impeccably clean and tidy, very comfortable sleeping room; overall extraordinary and ideally located. I will definitely return to stay here while in Bristol and I would highly recommend The Bristol Wing...

First, this review is concerning a private room and not the dorms. The room was basic but comfortable for 2 people. It could do with more furniture, there were no hooks for towels, no bedside tables, no shelves, just a small clothing rack. Towels and some soap were provided for free, as well as a sleep mask and ear plugs! :) The bathroom was very clean (we only shared it with 2 other private rooms), and so were the common areas. The kitchen has no hob, only an oven and a microwave, making it difficult to cook there (but there is a juicer and a stand mixer, which I thought was an odd choice of appliances to have. Perhaps a stove should be the priority 😅). There is free breakfast cereal in the morning, and free coffee and tea at all times. This is not a very social hostel, which was fine for us. There are some boardgames, a couch and TV and a common area opposite the lobby but we haven't used it. The staff was not always the most friendly, depending on who is there, but fine. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness of this hostel, and its location in the center of Bristol.
