Hôtels près de B jako Brno, Brno

L'hôtel est situé à un très bon endroit. Le personnel était vraiment sympa (surtout la serveuse). De plus, le petit déjeuner nous a émerveillés. Il n'y avait aucun équipement mentionné dans l'annonce, comme un peignoir ou des pantoufles - prenez-le vous-même. Nous avons été déçus par notre fenêtre wiev :(

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Juste une nuit, mais un très beau souvenir de la gentillesse de la réception et du personnel. La date proche d'anniversaire de mon mari a inspiré la réception pour nous préparer une attention surprise dans la chambre dès notre arrivée. Service irréprochable, chambres spacieuses, lits et literie au top. A noter, ce qui est valable pour toute la ville : il est difficile de souper à Brno après 22 heures dans un resto après un spectacle. Au moins, à Barcelo, il est possible de commander un room service au préalable, mais il faut anticiper. Après 22 heures, c'est le régime. Difficile à comprendre pour des parisiens...

Nous étions ici à Brno et ici à l'hôtel Grandezza avec sa magnifique position. La chambre, avec vue sur le marché et les magnifiques bâtiments étaient tout simplement magnifiques. Toutes les promenades de là étaient merveilleuses, que ce soit les catacombes avec l'entrée au marché ou la cathédrale, ainsi que les musées. Le personnel est très poli et le petit déjeuner est un rêve. Notre suite était très grande et entretenue. Cet hôtel est tout ce que vous pouvez recommander.

L'hôtel moderne, les chambres tranquilles, le petit déjeuner et VERY près des places du centre-ville. Quelles autres questions pouvez-vous demander? Le personnel a été utile avec toutes les questions que nous avons posées. Si j'avais eu l'occasion de voyager à Brno, nous resterions certainement ici! Merci pour votre excellente expérience.

L'hôtel est un paradis de vacances!! Toutes les belles choses dans la région, un parc magnifique, des restaurants excellents. L'accès au centre est également excellent. Les chambres sont bien organisées et le personnel est plus que amiable! La nourriture est excellente et je n'ai jamais vu autant de choix de nourriture excellente au petit déjeuner dans tout hôtel!!! Restez comme vous êtes toujours positif et souriez et je crois que vos invités reviendront avec la même joie que moi!!! Merci beaucoup d'équipe Cosmopolitan, c'était une grande expérience!!

Grand hotel sans âme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais on sent que c'est un pays qui n'a pas eu de transition entre le communisme et le capitalisme. Ils ont fait un grand hotel mais il n'y a aucun charme. PAr contre pratique, parking gratuit, c'est un peu en banlieue mais il ya un tram à dix minutes à pied. Le personnel est super sympa. Le restaurant est pas mal et pas cher mais comment ça fait désuet par contre. 9a fait un peu hôtel de luxe mais dans un pays déshérité! Sensation bizarre. Comme un hôtel de luxe mais en mode dégradé. Mais il est propre et très bien pour une nuit. Je redis, personnel très sympa

The Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)
