Très beau petit hôtel dans le centre historique de brno Tout c’est très bien passer accueil, appel d’un taxi pour notre départ. Petit plus j’ai perdu un air pods dans la chambre au moment de notre départ et la femme de chambre l’avait retrouvé et mis dans une enveloppe pour qu’on puisse le récupérer La chambre est spacieuse et décoré avec goût et munie d’un lit très confortable Le petit déjeuner est topissime dans une ambiance d’auberge autrichienne magnifiquement décoré Nos prochains séjour a brno seront à coup sûr au Royal Ricc

Je l'ai commandé pour un ami. Je ne suis pas encore revenu, donc je ne comprends pas très bien la situation. Les gens sont revenus dans quelques jours, j'ai demandé, je me sens plutôt bien en regardant les photos, par rapport à d'autres hôtels, cette chambre est un peu plus grande.

I spent one night at this hotel. My room wasn't big, but clean, comfortable, with a view of Špilberg Castle. I really appreciated that it was quiet here and there was no noise from the neighboring rooms. The shower was part of the room, the entire bathroom could be seen through the glass wall. However, if you didn't want to be seen while showering, all you had to do was press a button and the glass wall would turn white and wasn't transparent. I had breakfast here. The restaurant where it was served was big and the selection of food really wide. I was extremely satisfied with the breakfast. Check in and check out went quickly and without any problems. I liked the Hotel International Brno and I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

L'hôtel est très grand, l'environnement est très bon, je pensais que l'hôtel de Brno était très bon marché, je ne pensais pas que c'était plus cher que Prague, ici 120 euros une nuit, mais le petit déjeuner est très bon marché, la sortie est appelée Uber.

Par rapport aux chambres domestiques quatre étoiles, les chambres sont relativement simples, mais elles ont tout ce dont elles ont besoin, propres et calmes. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et peut être comparé aux cinq étoiles domestiques.

J'ai vraiment aimé le séjour à l'hôtel. Le centre-ville est situé à quelques minutes de la piscine de la ville et de l'autobus direct(no.67) devant l'hôtel. Tout le personnel était très bien formé. Le petit déjeuner était étonnant 👏 😋 si nombreuses options que j'étais pleine chaque matin. Les céréales, les muffins, les pancakes, le jus, le ham, le fromage, le thé, le café, le bacon, le sauce, les bœufs, les œufs en grains, les oeufs en bouteille, les légumes en vapeur, les boissons laitières, les yogurts, les fruits, même les sauces et les condiments étaient très détaillés. La chambre est très confortable et confortable.

Grand hotel sans âme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais on sent que c'est un pays qui n'a pas eu de transition entre le communisme et le capitalisme. Ils ont fait un grand hotel mais il n'y a aucun charme. PAr contre pratique, parking gratuit, c'est un peu en banlieue mais il ya un tram à dix minutes à pied. Le personnel est super sympa. Le restaurant est pas mal et pas cher mais comment ça fait désuet par contre. 9a fait un peu hôtel de luxe mais dans un pays déshérité! Sensation bizarre. Comme un hôtel de luxe mais en mode dégradé. Mais il est propre et très bien pour une nuit. Je redis, personnel très sympa

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.
