Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the ”Total Price” that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want a towel for the pool and the towel girl is busy giving a massage, you will have to track down a restaurant employee at the rooftop bar who will then find a towel for you. The fabric from one of the umbrellas over the poolside tables had partially blown off and remained like that exposing the metal ribs. It's a wonder that the wind did not lift it off completely and deposit it on the street 12 stories below. This condition remained like this for the remainder of our stay. All things considered, it is an older 3.5 star hotel. I would look for another place to stay if in the area again.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service. 2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes. Anyways, it's a great stay, Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

Le buffer est excellent dans le sens ek qu'il y a assez de nourriture et qu'il dispose d'une salle et d'une terrasse avec des tables suffisantes pour vous asseoir. Le bar est situé dans ka haut du bâtiment sonse est divisé par un excellent paysage de la ville. La piscine reste là aussi que l'a propos Bo est très grande ce qui limite la capacité d'entrée des personnes, dans mon cas particulier, mes filles ont des amis là-bas et malheureusement ne pouvaient pas profiter de la piscine parce qu'elles ne sont pas On s'est inscrits à l'hôtel, on avait loué 2 chambres et ma femme et moi n'avions pas fait usage de la piscine ce qui nous dit que le tour nous pouvions céder à deux visiteurs, enfin, c'est l'un des points que j'ai pas aimé, Une politique sans base à l'égard des hôtes, l'autre est le coût des boissons et le bar général, je trouve un peu ridicule, car elle est semblable à celle des salons des aéroports européens.
