Hotel fuori dal centro storico. Un hotel classificato come 4 stelle non può lasciarti le stesse tovaglie per 4 giorni in più le tovaglie cadute atterra le hanno rialzate e rimesse appese una cosa scandalosa. Dicono di avere una vasca jacuzzi in terrazza si è vero c’è ma non funzionante. L aria calda non funziona ed il frigobar i primi 2 giorni non ha funzionato me lo hanno cambiato al terzo giorno. Nota positiva il letto king super comodo 10 stelle.

On est un peu loin du centre (15 minutes à pied), mais cet hôtel a des atouts: chambres spacieuses et décoration stylée, quartier calme, quelques très chouettes resto à moins de 500m, accueil sympa. On aime moins le petit déjeuner au sous sol.

We went for a 4 day stay. The hotel was wonderful. Clean, friendly, spacious and just 15 mins walk from the Old Town. Would definitely recommend staying there! They made our stay very special and the rooftop jacuzzi was lovely!

Easy check in. We booked a standard twin room which was very good for what we needed. The room was large with a fabulous bathroom, the shower was great , there was also a bidet. Toiletries are provided and replenished, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and shower cap. There were also bathrobes and slippers in the room. There is a mini bar and plenty of electrical sockets. We weren’t able to operate the safe but this didn’t spoil our stay. Breakfast was okay and you can get fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs etc, it is served in the basement. There was a fitness room which we didn’t use. On the fourth floor there is a rooftop sun terrace which contains a hot tub and sun loungers. The hotel is very clean and there are areas to charge your phone in reception. The hotel is about 15/20 minutes walk to the old town. You can also get a bolt which we found was affordable. We caught the 783 bus from the airport to the hotel for 52p!! They are very regular and it takes under an hour to get to the hotel. You can pay with contactless Mastercard or visa on the bus so no need to try and find out how to buy a ticket. A special thank you to Roberta at reception who was very helpful with a friendly attitude. The rest of the reception staff were not too friendly and some didn’t even smile to greet guests. Overall a great hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sarroglia. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower was excellent. There is a very nice terrace on the top floor where you can sit out and relax. The buffet breakfast is a little limited, and there is no longer a bar in operation. Reception staff are pleasant, although a request to resolve a minor issue with the room safe was not acted upon. The hotel is a little way out of the city centre, but we would be pleased to stay there again.

A nice hotel a short walk from the city centre. Staff are friendly and rooms are well laid out. Decor is getting a little old with some wear and tear but overall it was a nice place to stay. Bathroom and shower were good and clean. Was able to accommodate twin beds for a stay with a friend.

Slightly out of city center but quite a nice hotel. They say that there is parking but there is not. You have to park in the street which is fine. Helpful staff that speaks English. Easy to check in and out. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel but we didn’t use it. Then there is a bar and a nice patio where you can have drinks. Rooms are nice. Decorated in black and white. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Only drawback is that there is nowhere to sit except in bed or at one stool. The safe didn’t work. The AC didn’t work either but we got another room without a problem. Takes 20 min to walk to the city center. I would stay there again except it is little too far from everything.

On the plus side: the room is big, the shower good, tv good, breakfast adequate, not too long a walk to the centre. Negatives were: hairs on towel, no coffee making facilities, not a great deal of charm. I was charged for a minibar drink I didn’t have, but I think that was a genuine mistake on their behalf - nonetheless not a good staff attitude about it. I wouldn’t stay there again but it’s not terrible by any means.
