Hôtels proches de Patio de Las Palmeras, Buenos Aires

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de Buenos Aires, tout près de la rue du 7 septembre et de l'Obélisque. Service propre et bien rangé et chaleureux. J'ai dîné trois fois au restaurant au premier étage de l'hôtel et ce fut une super expérience ! Le football dans le hall de l'hôtel est génial👍🏻

Hotel muy confortable, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones muy amplias (nunca había estado en una habitación que tuviera un baño taaan grande, es enorme literal jaja. El hotel se encuentra en un muy buen punto, a pasos de los restaurantes de Puerto Madero. No puedo aportar nada sobre el desayuno porque hicimos el check out muy temprano y no tuvimos acceso al mismo.

This hotel is old and worn down. It’s worth nothing I booked a small budget twin room, the larger rooms could be nicer? The hotel was noisy, the paint was peeling, the room was very small, but the price was right. I arrived around 11am and was looking for a place to crash for a little bit for a 12 hour layover that would let me explore the city. The front desk checked me in right away with no questions asked which was great. However the front desk was staffed by someone who didn’t speak great English, so certainly not really a bilingual hotel and not sure I could have gotten a lot of help had I needed it. The hotel was cheap at 48 usd so it served what I wanted. I would definitely think of this hotel more as a 2 star motel than a 3 star hotel. Had more hostel like vibes than a hotel. Fine for a long layover like I had but I wouldn’t stay for an extended vacation unless you get a good deal and you’re on a tight budget. Location is great, close to tourist attractions and walking distance. You have to walk a bit to get to the famous pink building in the current TA cover photo so that is a bit misleading. Easy to flag a taxi outside the hotel which was a plus.

L'hôtel est très proche du port de Rotary et il ne peut pas prendre 10 minutes pour marcher. À pied, l'hôtel va à la place de mai, à la rue du 9 juillet, à Fangxi et à Madro. Vous pouvez aller à la rue de marche près du Pacifique. Le service de l'hôtel est également très attentif. Si vous êtes étranger, vous pouvez vous aider à appeler un taxi, éviter de communiquer avec le chauffeur de taxi et éviter de faire des voyages avec le chauffeur de taxi. Ne toutes les chambres sont pas équipées d'un électro-électrique à chaud, les compatriotes qui veulent boire de l'eau chaude peuvent prendre une tasse chaude au bar pour boire de l'eau chaude.

Reservé en ligne sur recommandation de l'hôpital voisin, j'étais à la visite. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très propre, très calme et très bien placé dans le soutien des clients, les conseils et les recommandations pour faire des choses (et garder à l'esprit). Le service de transport de l'EZE (à une heure de trafic) a été organisé en ligne pour mon pick-up, pour mon voyage à l'hôpital et à l'EZE. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très délicieux et abondantes options.

Nous avons visité plusieurs hôtels dans le secteur à la recherche d'une chambre pour plusieurs jours. C'est de loin le meilleur que l'on ait vu. Il est très bien situé, propre et confortable. Les chambres que nous avons vu ont toutes été rénovées, elles entourent un patio intérieur très sympathique et calme. Le personnel est attentif et serviable et parle Anglais ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les hôtels. Je recommande sans hésiter.

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Ce Novotel est situé sur la rue la plus humide près de Liuqi, le monde est humide demain et demain, et il y a beaucoup d'attractions touristiques dans le restaurant voisin, ce qui est le plus grand avantage. L'environnement du petit déjeuner est bon (voir Taiflo 🌸). Mais le logiciel est très général, le premier entrée et le premier sortie sont trop lents, il y a toujours un homme à l'Office, en moyenne un séjour ou un départ d'au moins dix minutes, les deux chambres ont un vieux goût de vieilles pièces. Mon chambre a beaucoup de petits voleurs, au moins sept ou huit voleurs.

總體不錯，附近有中餐非常方便，靠近國會大廈等旅遊景點；注意的是不要住靠近主馬路的房間。太吵！
