Les chambres sont belles, le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel est très utile et gentil. Dans notre chambre, le AC s'est échappé et nous avons dû mettre un toileau en dessous ou le tout le sol serait mouillant humide. Ils nous ont offert une nouvelle chambre mais dans la chambre qu'ils nous ont donné le AC n'a pas été bien cool et il est presque 100 degrés à Buenos Aires en été, aussi, la salle de bains a été inondée quand mon fils a pris un bain. Le Wi-Fi n'est pas fonctionnel. Donc si vous voulez prendre un travail, regardez un Netflix avant de dormir, ou simplement passer par les médias sociaux, va mieux aller au café, car vous n'aurez pas beaucoup à faire ici. Il y a eu une évacuation de puissance pendant quelques minutes et quelqu'un est coincé dans l'ascenseur.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Nous avons visité plusieurs hôtels dans le secteur à la recherche d'une chambre pour plusieurs jours. C'est de loin le meilleur que l'on ait vu. Il est très bien situé, propre et confortable. Les chambres que nous avons vu ont toutes été rénovées, elles entourent un patio intérieur très sympathique et calme. Le personnel est attentif et serviable et parle Anglais ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les hôtels. Je recommande sans hésiter.

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.

L'hôtel est très proche du port de Rotary et il ne peut pas prendre 10 minutes pour marcher. À pied, l'hôtel va à la place de mai, à la rue du 9 juillet, à Fangxi et à Madro. Vous pouvez aller à la rue de marche près du Pacifique. Le service de l'hôtel est également très attentif. Si vous êtes étranger, vous pouvez vous aider à appeler un taxi, éviter de communiquer avec le chauffeur de taxi et éviter de faire des voyages avec le chauffeur de taxi. Ne toutes les chambres sont pas équipées d'un électro-électrique à chaud, les compatriotes qui veulent boire de l'eau chaude peuvent prendre une tasse chaude au bar pour boire de l'eau chaude.

This hotel is old and worn down. It’s worth nothing I booked a small budget twin room, the larger rooms could be nicer? The hotel was noisy, the paint was peeling, the room was very small, but the price was right. I arrived around 11am and was looking for a place to crash for a little bit for a 12 hour layover that would let me explore the city. The front desk checked me in right away with no questions asked which was great. However the front desk was staffed by someone who didn’t speak great English, so certainly not really a bilingual hotel and not sure I could have gotten a lot of help had I needed it. The hotel was cheap at 48 usd so it served what I wanted. I would definitely think of this hotel more as a 2 star motel than a 3 star hotel. Had more hostel like vibes than a hotel. Fine for a long layover like I had but I wouldn’t stay for an extended vacation unless you get a good deal and you’re on a tight budget. Location is great, close to tourist attractions and walking distance. You have to walk a bit to get to the famous pink building in the current TA cover photo so that is a bit misleading. Easy to flag a taxi outside the hotel which was a plus.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de Buenos Aires, tout près de la rue du 7 septembre et de l'Obélisque. Service propre et bien rangé et chaleureux. J'ai dîné trois fois au restaurant au premier étage de l'hôtel et ce fut une super expérience ! Le football dans le hall de l'hôtel est génial👍🏻

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

Hotel muy confortable, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones muy amplias (nunca había estado en una habitación que tuviera un baño taaan grande, es enorme literal jaja. El hotel se encuentra en un muy buen punto, a pasos de los restaurantes de Puerto Madero. No puedo aportar nada sobre el desayuno porque hicimos el check out muy temprano y no tuvimos acceso al mismo.
