Hôtels 4 étoiles prisés à Bunbury

I stayed here twice this week, once for a work trip and then with family. Both times I rented a cabin with 2 bedrooms. They are well priced for the current environment, although more expensive than I’d generally expect for a cabin. Cleanliness is second to none inside the cabins and everywhere else. Gardens are immaculate as is the pool, reception area and all the roads. Kids can’t possibly get bored with a games room, bouncy pillow, swimming pool, pump track, water park, massive playgrounds and even go-karts for hire. The staff were all super amazing and friendly. They really make you feel welcome and helped with any requests we had. There is a lot to do nearby as well with the beach across the road, skate park 100m away, heaps of cafes and bars within walking distance. This really is the ideal place for a family holiday. One note though, and it isn’t the fault of the park but does need mentioning. The Corella birds are relentless. From Sunrise till the time you go out for the day….. screeching screaming and squawking pests. We could not focus on a book or a conversation. The kids hated it too and woke up too early each day. Then it’s starts again at sunset. These are a problem in many areas of WA now but I’ve not experienced it quite this bad before. Apparently the City of Bunbury is trying to tame the situation but it seems they’ve a long way to go.

J'ai été très déçu par l'hôtel, il était très délabré. L'eau chaude/froide de la douche n'a pas pu être ajustée, elle était soit très chaude, soit froide, pas impressionnée. La chambre était à côté du bureau des femmes de ménage et je pouvais entendre le téléphone sonner à partir de 5h30 du matin, pas impressionné. Cela dit, l'emplacement était excellent, facile d'accès à pied / en voiture. Je ne recommanderais cet hôtel à personne.

La chambre (les chambres) est très propre. J'aime la disposition de la chambre. L'aire de séjour était grande et mon enfant peut courir autour. La toilette et la douche sont séparés pour plus de confort. La toilette avait un jacuzzi qui était particulièrement bienvenu. Le personnel du bureau frontal (Gilbert) était super!

Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons eu un problème avec le bruit des occupants à l'étage. Nous avons informé la réception et ils ont géré la situation très rapidement. Ils nous ont également très gentiment offert un geste de bonne volonté qui a été très apprécié. La chambre était belle, grande et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée. L'emplacement était bon. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Quest Bunbury has a very accessible bathroom with lots of space in the living area. very unusual to have 2 apartments. with wheelchair accessible bathrooms, this is a plus as my identical twin and I both have a disability. and usually, can't find accommodation. that allows.to remain independent. as much as possible with our support team

Je n'ai jamais eu un service si négligeable dans un restaurant d'hôtel. Où que ce soit dans le monde. La réception et le service de la chambre étaient excellents. Mais le niveau de service dans la salle de repas était certainement NOT. Ne mangez pas là. Et, aussi, leur petit-déjeuner buffet de 24 $ est disponible pour de nombreux excursions, à seulement deux blocs de distance, à environ $10.00. Pas un ”buffet”, mais un petit déjeuner. Un poste sur ceci est suivi. Lorsque j'ai arrivé au restaurant Lighthouse, appelé ”Basalt”, j'ai été servi rapidement avec de l'eau glacée et du vin, quand j'ai servi mon commande. Mais après 50 minutes, j'ai annulé mon commande et je suis parti. Le restaurant est très vaste et il n'y avait qu'un couple à table sur l'autre côté de la chambre. Et un bloc derrière moi (qui, comme il est arrivé, a renvoyé son premier repas).
