From the living room, you can access the back garden, which features outdoor furniture, a porch, an private pool, and views of the ancient Nazarite wall. This space is perfect to enjoy a good coffee while listening to the birds singing. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, kettle, pans, pots, blender and complete kitchenware. In addition, there is a hot and cold pump (air conditioning and heating) to regulate the temperature in any season of the year.On the second floor are the three bedrooms (1.50 bed, 1.35 bed and 1.05 bed respectively) and the main bathroom.
