Pour la première fois en Bulgarie et réservé une vacance surprenante pour mes soeurs le 60e anniversaire au Festa Pomorie Resort. Appartement suite spacieuse et sans spot nettoyant tout ce que vous avez besoin dans les chambres. Kate à la réception si utile. Maria dans le restaurant nous a regardés si bien toujours bien accueillant et attentive. Très recommandé et sera de nouveau Oona Irlande

This was our first trip to Eastern Europe. My husband researched all the hotels around this area and found this one to be the best. Definitely the proximity to the old town, the beach, all the restaurants made this hotel perfect, everything so centrally based. The rooms are cute and clean and the cleaners are very nice and always helpful. We had our clothes laundered a few times and it was done promptly. The bathrooms have great large showers with great water pressure and it’s nice to have a separate closed toilet space. There are cute toiletries for children. They are very generous with toiletries. We had a studio and so our lanai was large and the second room we had was a little smaller, but still a fine room. It was fun to host our other family members. There is a great, beautiful wading pool on the top floor, to keep cool during the hot summer month that our family enjoyed multiple times with immediate Bar service and snacks. The gentleman and lady who helped at breakfast and pool were always helpful. We also utilized the spa service. The masseuse was excellent and very strong and we all enjoyed our deep tissue massages. Just as a comment, it would be nice after a massage to be offered a water or tea. Our package included breakfast with free champagne toast. It was lovely with enough options for children and adults. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant Beluga, but because there were so many other restaurants in town, it was the only night. One of the servers was a little impatient, and the food was OK but fine, maybe less variety on the menu to offer than in town. however, we loved Giovanni, she was exceptional because she was warm and patient. So again, we really enjoyed the eight days we spent at this beautiful hotel. It definitely seems the most modern with most amenities. My only gripe with the hotel was that our particular room 109 had a non-functioning AC controller panel. And it did seem to be an issue with keeping our room cool. Usually by the afternoon time our room was as hot as outside. If you had small children or pets that we’re staying in the room, it would’ve been extremely uncomfortable. We always left during the day because we knew the room would be too hot for our son. On four separate occasions and days, we went to ask the front desk for help on our air conditioning unit. They did say they tried to check on it including from a central location. Our AC controller never worked. We never saw anyone enter our room or attempt to actually fix it or the panel. But they said it was not an issue with the panel. One of the staff did suggest that because our room was a little larger, it would never be cold enough. However, having booked two separate rooms we do know that the other room cooled perfectly well. Cet hôtel présente le grand atout de se trouver directement sur la plage de sable, sans route à traverser. La mer s'approfondit en pente douce, et le sable est nettoyé tous les jours (au moins en mai). De plus, il est possible de rejoindre à pied Nessebar par la plage et une allée éclairée le soir en une vingtaine de minutes. Le service de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Est-ce un hasard ? Nous avons eu droit à des chansons françaises au petit-déjeuner et au bord de la piscine. Nous disposions d'une très grand chambre, avec un vrai lit double (très bonne literie), séparé par une cloison de deux lits simples (mais nous n'étions qu'un couple), et d'une terrasse immense au dernier étage qui couvrait toute la largeur de l'immeuble. Ce dernier étage offre une meilleure vue, mais directement sous le toit, c'est aussi le plus chaud, et le climatiseur ne rafraîchissait pas beaucoup. En plein été, ce doit être plus difficile à supporter. Prévoir aussi des masques pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt par la lumière du jour, les grandes baies sont bien occultées, mais pas les fenêtres plus petites. Nous avons bien apprécié le buffet du petit-déjeuner, ses bons croissants et ses crêpes, son yaourt et ses rondelles d'orange et de pamplemousse, ainsi que ses deux distributeurs à boissons chaudes qui préparent de très bons cafés, ce qui est suffisamment rare être signalé. La wifi était très rapide. Enfin, nous avons pu garer notre voiture gratuitement dans le garage au sous-sol, directement accessible à l'hôtel par ascenseur. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel où nous avons passé trois nuits et deux jours très agréables.
