« Cette fois, notre famille de trois personnes était en transit à San Francisco et souhaitait voyager un peu. Nous avons réservé une chambre double avec vue sur l'océan et y sommes restés trois nuits. La pièce est assez grande, au deuxième étage, devant la fenêtre se trouve la mer de la Bay Area, et vous pouvez clairement voir les avions décoller et atterrir à l'aéroport de San Francisco. De plus, le petit-déjeuner américain de l'hôtel était plutôt bon, à l'exception du lait et des boissons qui étaient froids et nécessitaient d'être adaptés. »

« Les installations de santé sont similaires à celles attendues, mais le bus de l'aéroport est très mauvais! Il faut dix minutes à la réception de l'hôtel, il faut six hôtels, il a fallu une demi-heure à l'aéroport, les gens doivent être prudents, et le conducteur doit payer un peu, il a fallu une demi-heure à quelques minutes de voyage, Je ne veux pas le donner. »

« Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon. »

« L'emplacement était correct car nous avons atterri à SFO vers 22h30 et avions juste besoin d'un endroit où loger avant notre vol du lendemain. Mais attention, vous ne pourrez peut-être pas monter dans la première navette de l'hôtel si vous arrivez tard le soir. Il y avait pas mal d'équipages de compagnies aériennes séjournant à l'hôtel, donc la demande de navette pouvait être un peu élevée en fin de soirée, j'ai eu de la chance de monter à bord mais certains ont dû attendre 15 minutes de plus pour la navette suivante. L'hôtel et la chambre elle-même sont un peu vieux, avec un bruit de grincement fort à chaque fois que j'utilisais la douche. Il semble également que l'hôtel fasse un peu de nickel et de dime car ils facturent 4 $ pour une petite bouteille d'eau si vous n'êtes pas membre de leur niveau supérieur. »

« We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.  »

« I stayed here during a conference. It's close by the Hyatt and walkable to there. I wasn't familiar with the area so I didn't go out at night. I know there some restaurants nearby but area walking there at night is really dark. The hotel room was nice and comfortable. My only issue is with the doors and those people. I be hearing doors slammed closed all night and each night. No courtesy. Maybe the hotel can fix the way the doors closed. Breakfast was good. I ate breakfast there each morning. The late night snack store has limited options. »

« Convenient location good restaurant I was in room 5011 Water Pressure was extremely low very difficult to wash shampoo out of my hair. Bed was comfortable. Tv and program selection was good. Airport shuttle was good »

« Good, next to the airport with free shuttle and very easy for transportation. Very clean as well. Took an Uber everyday for food and coffee, only 2km is Burlingame which has tons of great food and coffee. Would recommend. »

« The location was very good. It’s easy to access the SFO airport. We can take the shuttle bus every 30min and brought us directly to the hotel. The view from my room was also fantastic. We could see the airplane so many times with San Francisco bay in the background. I spent my first day of SFO with coffee and nice view. I was very cozying. »
