We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

Comme tous les hôtels Hilton Hotels & Resorts le savent, Hampton by Hilton Bursa est un hôtel de première importance pour les chambres, la nettoyage et la réception, qui offre un service très bon. Nous sommes très satisfaits de tout, la seule position est un peu inversée. En outre, dans les chambres fumées, vous pouvez encore avoir un bon climatisation et un nettoyeur d'air. Lorsque nous allons à la bourse, nous choisirons toujours de nouveau et nous pouvons vous conseiller. [9/10]

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, pas comme tout autre hôtel que j'ai visité. Le service de bagages était très utile. L'SPA et la piscine étaient très bons entretenants pour nous tous. Les services de la chambre sont les soldats envoyés de l'hôtel et sont la base de notre confort pendant notre séjour.

Nous sommes ravis de prendre votre petit déjeuner, de la confortable et de la nettoyage des chambres, de l'intérêt du personnel et des facilités offertes. Ils ont mis à jour notre chambre en entrant, ont pris en considération nos demandes et répondu immédiatement. Nous vous recommandons.

L'hôtel Bursa, où nous avons hébergé une famille, était calme, près du marché fermé de la ville et très proche de l'Ulucami. Nous vous remercions à tout le personnel, M. Tuncay, d'abord, si vous avez été rénové et si vous voyez vos photos, ne vous trompez pas. Un hôtel propre, rénové et très beau, où nous restons en famille.

Je suis allé dans de nombreux hôtels en tant que voyageur habituel mais celui-ci était tellement unique. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de partout: mini bus, bus, restaurants, centre Gorukle, Trio AVM, le truc m'a donné une très belle chambre , très propre, ils sont prêts à aider à tout moment, le personnel parle anglais, j'ai trouvé toutes les commodités dont j'ai besoin avec un supplément également, ils offrent même un bon et copieux petit-déjeuner, la vue est tout simplement magnifique depuis le 6 ème étage, il y a soulagement une fois que vous entrez dans la pièce, si calme et si relaxant, ils prennent toutes les précautions dues à la pandémie. Je donnerais toutes les étoiles à cet hôtel, un séjour incroyable, je reviendrais ici à coup sûr, j'adore ça.
