FULL OF BED BUGS! the rooms in the old part of the building are INFESTED. The manager knows but they don't care. Even if they lie and say they fumigate, which is obviously not true. The hotel lacks maintenance in all aspects, since I arrived it was a nightmare (one thing after the other). So much so that the staff at reception left me an apology note + some sweets. All this was before I found the bed bugs! I felt bitten/stgh strange from the very beginning, however I could not find anything when I checked. Until the last morning, when I found the big insects full of blood. Then, I took the sheets out and it was full of bed bugs attached to the mattresses. Also, some dead ones under the bed (cleaning is awful, they don't clean the floor, if you move your bed, you'll find many surprises!). The lighting is also bad for you not to see the dirtiness and bed bugs. Then, I carried out an experiment: I lay on the bed with my cell phone torch and started waiting for the bed bugs. I was shocked at the tens, tens and tens that showed up. They're too small, almost invisible, but I could get some in my videos. When they start sucking your blood, they become bigger and visible. I killed many that had bitten me and stained the sheets. I called one receptionist and showed her the bed bugs, my blood, everything and told her that I was going to ask for a refund. She said ok and apologised a lot. She acted as she knew about this already, no surprise (because they KNOW, OF COURSE!). Unfortunately, I had to rush to take a bus and couldn't stay to get a compensation or anything. The hotel denied the situation and problems they caused me and I never got a refund, not even for 1 night. I paid full to be bitten by bed bugs, in addition to maaany other things that happened during my stay. After leaving, I saw reviews here about the bugs and the hotel blaming the clients, saying that they brought the bugs. IT'S NOT TRUE AND THE HOTEL KNOWS ABOUT THIS PERFECTLY WELL. Passengers are not to blame, the hotel is too full of bed bugs, in a way that they could only get rid of them by burning the furniture and mattresses and closing down for some time, something they are not going to do because they are too greedy and only care about money. They are scammers and dishonest. They know that they have bed bugs and continue selling the hotel. Worse, they invent bad things about their clients who complained. I suffered this tacky, filthy, dishonest property for 5 nights and paid EUR 178 (expensive for what it is). I never got even EUR 1 refund, even if the Turkish law says it's my right due to the bad state of the place and basic conditions not met. Unfortunately, I couldn't only see the insects on my last morning, but my whole stay was complicated for the very beginning (I had to change rooms due to terrible lack of maintenance). Mirze Mehmet Sinecem is the manager. He's a scammer and he won't give you your money back, even if he knows that you are right and they are full of bed bugs.
