Hamamdaki havuz ve banyo soğuk ılık su ile gelmekte Sıcak su akmamaktadır Bir kaç kere ikaz etmemize rağmen bir bizi oyaladılar Ve çocuk yaşta olan yaş grubu 0/17 yaş olmalı küçük çocuktan tam fiyat almaları bunların düzeltmeleri rica ediyorum

Nasıl 5 yıldızlı inanılır gibi değil Otel çok çok eski ve pis. Havuzun etrafı heralde 3 günde 1 falan temizleniyor. Şezlonglar kir içerisinde. Havuz var deniyor ama ufacık. Girişte tam 1 saat boş yere bekletildik. 3 kişilik rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen çocuk için kanepe önerdiler. Kabul etmedik. Bu arada gelen herkes kartını alıp odalarına çıktı. Sonunda lobinin arkasındaki odayı verdiler. Daha gece olmadı bakalım gece bizi ne bekliyor... Bir daha tövbe....

The staff are rude and none of them speak English.. they hardly speak Turkish! Food is bad and the worst part is that the rooms are filthy .. they never clean the toilets and the bathrooms. I found body hair in or beds and the whole hotel was just filthy. the worst hotel ever. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I have dust allergy the room was not clean and smell cigarette.I asked to change the room but the staff was rude not polite in dealing. Hotel is very very old the rug are dirty and very old the reception no even one fresh flower for freshness the reception is terrible

DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!! For 3 months I've been trying to help my mother receive her money back after she booked a room but had to cenacle. they are constantly avoiding my calls and my messages, lying about the fact they send the money back as they are not willing to send any proof of payment. be sure that once you send them money you will never see it back

Aileniz ile kalabileceğiniz, termal alanı ve yemekleri başarılı olan bir otel. Odalar temizlik konusunda iyidi, odalarda balkon olması benim çok hoşuma gitti personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Termal havuzunun açık ve kapalı olarak iki seçeneği vardı. Kış mevsiminde kar veya yağmur altında sıcak su içerisinde yüzme imkanı sunuyor.

Bir daha gitmem, tavsiye etmem. Erkek hamamı, asansörlerde ve oda ıslak alanlarında hijyen ve temizlik sorunu var. Otel bakımsız ve kahvaltı 5 yıldızlı otele yakışmıyor. Çarşaflar temizdi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanların iletişimi ***et iyi ve pozitiflerdi.

Tesis eski bir tesis olduğu için bazı sorunlar vardı. Odadaki giderlerde sıkıntı var sürekli taşma yapıyor. Tuvalette ağır bir koku var. Odalar yenilenmiş aslında ama aşırı kalabalık odanın içi. 2 yatak koltuk sandalye o alana o kadar şey nasıl sığmış bilemiyorum. Hareket alanınız çok dar. Avluya bakan odalardan birinde konakladık. Otel kalabalık olduğu için genel alan olan havuz ciddi anlamda küçük kalıyor. Kalabalıkken girilecek gibi değil. Havuzun dışarıda olan kısmına geçiş güzeldi ve havuz socaktı. Sauna ücretsiz ama tuvalet ve duşların olduğu alanda olduğu için ağır bir koku var içeride. Hamam güzeldi asıl termal havuz hamamın içindeydi. En çok hamam kısmından memnun kaldık. Kalabalık olmayacak sabah erken saatleri ve akşam yemek saatini tercih ettik havuz ve hamam kullanımı için. Resepsiyon ilgisiz. En ufak bir bilgi aktarımı yapılmadan anahtar teslim edildi. Otel merkezi bir alanda dışarıda yemek şansınız var. Kahvaltısı ***et iyiydi. 1 gece için memnun kaldık ama uzun bir tatil burada planlamam.

Merhaba konaklama dan son derece memnun kaldım. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Personel ilgisi yüksek. Eski bir otel olmasına rağmen yenilikler göze çarpıyor. eskiye konaklamalarımda yenilikleri fark etmemiştim. Termal havuz sıcaktı. Bahçe manzaralı odam vardı. Resepsiyonda ki tüm arkadaşlara da ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz.
