Room is spacious. Near ******, got shuttle bus service to train station, got liveband and also lotsa of restaurants. Love the swimming pool as well. Breakfast is good also.

Near to airport. Good breakfast selections. Train station walking distance, can take a train to Perth center easily.

Hotel location are good and all nice but big mistake which they check me out and for my 1st stay. But they have compansate me a nice view room which is OK!

Crown metropole isthe best hotel in western Australia , the hotel services and cleanliness is the best , i will come back again .

I booked 2 rooms through trip.com but was only given one room . After a long flight delay and arriving close to midnight , it was quite frustrating especially with my elderly parents waiting. The lady at check in tried her best to help but I still only managed to get a roller bed to share in that one room for the first night. The hotel and room is still grand. However there was no usb plug and the bathtub tap was leaking.

Family trip with kids. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Location not too far from city center.

We were waiting to get into our room so check in didn’t happen until 4:45 instead of 3pm. We did get a complimentary drink for waiting.
