Room was not impeccably clean, but okay. Had a little weird smell which I think came from the cleaning agent and I got used to it quickly. Room was larger than I expected. Bathroom was a bit small. TV had many channels. Breakfast was good. The only catch is that one has to clean the dishes oneself. The guesthouse is conveniently located near Haeundae Stn. The beach is not too far, perhaps 10 minutes to walk. While the front desk was mostly empty when I checked, they were very kind when there was someone. I called for late check-in and they suggested leaving a key at the front desk for me. For one or a few nights, I think this can be a very nice stay.
