”Stayed” there yesterday. Checked in right on time, met the cleaner, who was very nice. Parking was quite confusing, as I needed to get a garage door opener from inside, but it all worked as it should. This is a typical, nice Australian house that's been converted to a small hotel. First impressions were great. It all looked really nice. Bed was too soft was the only downside I could find. I then set off for the day to explore. I got back at 8:30pm, pizza in hand, looking forward to a quiet, cozy night before a big day and an important international meeting the next morning. Greeted by a large group of people who had taken over the house. Mind you, this is an adults only place, which I usually interpret to be quiet, especially given the good reviews and luxurious feel. I think it probably usually works out, but unluckily for me, it didn't yesterday. I'd just returned from swimming and was looking forward to unwinding. Instead, this large foreign group was cooking smelly food in the main kitchen, loudly gathering and drinking vodka from massive bottles, and had turned the thermostats up to 28 (!!!) degrees. It was literally 33 degrees outside a few hours earlier. I live in one of the coldest regions on earth and have never set my thermostat past 24. It was an absolute sauna in here. They asked if I wanted to join them to drink, I politely declined, went to my room, ate my pizza, took a shower, and got ready for bed. Quiet hours are posted as 10pm, so I patiently waited until then, though had packed my bags ready to go. Reflecting back, I think they likely thought they'd booked out the whole house. That's the best way I can interpret this. I was traveling solo, and this was a large group. NOBODY from the property is onsite to assist. They leave a phone number to contact if issues, but I couldn't call with my international sim. They brag about their high ranking and ”as seen on TV”. With all this bravado, one would think they'd leave a way for international guests to contact them. I tried through **********, i tried through the Baudin website contact form, I emailed multiple times, and I added their number to whatsapp (where they had an active account) and messaged multiple times. I also asked the large group to stop, but they didn't. I'm not going to escalate that further whilst alone in a foreign country. I'm also not paying for a 4 star hotel to be a babysitter, security guard, or parent. Why would this hotel allow a large group to book every room in the property but 1 - the main master suite? Ridiculous. I ended up leaving shortly after 10pm and tried every property in Busselton AND Bunbury (45mins away). All were closed with no human contact. I then ended up driving 3 hours north to Perth through the pitch black with bad eyesight, and going to multiple hotels before finding one for 300/night - where I'm currently writing this review. Nous avons été une réunion de 14 personnes, qui a inclus 5 caravanes et 2 cabines. Nous avons eu la chance d'être dans une des cabines qui était merveilleuse. Il était sans doute propre avec tout ce que vous vouliez. Les terrains étaient magnifiques, plein d'ombres et une belle zone de piscine. Prenez note de la vérification en temps voulu. Il était jeudi et le check-in dans les fermes à 6 h. Il y a un parking sécurisé. La chambre était grande et très propre. Il a des installations de cuisine et de lave-linge. Recommandé.

C'est très pratique et assez privé. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre place de parking privative. Les places de parking pour les chambres paires sont essentiellement à la porte de la chambre. Si vous voulez manger, vous pouvez conduire jusqu'à la ville pendant 7 minutes. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant. Si vous voulez manger une pizza à l'hôtel, il est recommandé de vous rendre au domino pour l'acheter. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas mauvais dans cette petite ville.

I love this holiday park, but when an unfortunate incident occurred with a power outage, nobody in the park was given any option other than check out or wait and see. With power outage for 24 hours over Easter Sunday and chalets unlikely to be taken by new visitors, the least they could have done would be to allow the customer a choice to see whether power came back on rather than early check out. After nearly 24 hours we had no alternative but to cut the holiday short or spend another expensive night in darkness with no shower. For some bizarre reason, the rude staff on the front desk didn’t seem to comprehend this, but reluctantly extended our checkout to midday. Power was still not restored and didn’t look likely, so we left. After begging for a refund for the last night, we were told when we left ‘don’t come back!’ Such a shame when Kelly & the other staff on site are nice & friendly as others let you down.

Situation dans Broadwater, à Busselton. Une très belle entrée et plusieurs unités de style de resort. 1 minute de marche à la plage et un endroit fantastique pour nager ou vélo sur la mer. Le parc de voiture était en face du bâtiment, mais vous devez prendre des escaliers au deuxième niveau (pas d'ascenseur) En bref, un endroit très bon, mais dépassé. After we made the booking at eight willows iconic room no 2, we managed to get an extention till 11am check out via email. On our arrival, staff verbally confirmed 1 hour extension till 12 noon checkout on condition after calling and confirming 2 hours prior of checkout. On the day of check out we called up the reception at 10am which was addressed by the accomadation manager who refused to give a late checkout and asked us to leave by 10am. I made her clear the email confirmation for 11 am checkout and later a verbal confirmation for 12 noon checkout, which she refused to grant and insited to leave at 10.15am. A family of 2 adult 2 kids cannot make up a checkout within that 15 minutes which I insisted, as a result she granted another 15 minutes. She was very rude from the initial conversation itself and kept insisting what she said earlier. We were really impressed with the resort, rooms, location and 1st day of service from the reception. Our experience was ruined just b'coz of the accomadation manager' s unacceptabl conversation.

When we arrived just after check-in, our room was not ready; we were offered a free drink at the bar. However, the room was not ready until nearly 4.30 pm. We were not informed about the number of mosquitoes in and around the property before traveling, and my husband and I were badly bitten. I know the Hotel can't account for mosquitoes, but I feel they have a duty of care to their guests to inform them or have something in the room to keep them at bay or even a heads up before traveling to the Hotel. The cleanliness of the room was below standard too.
