Chambre et salle de bains très spacieuse; Personnel charmant et professionnel. Literie exceptionnelle. Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas d'une superbe plage, magasins, restaurants et bars.Il est situé à deux pas d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre le centre historique de la ville à dix minutes de bus ou trente minutes à pieds. L'hôtel est situé en ville et le long d'une avenue très passante en semaine donc très bruyante mais malgré cela nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix et nous réserverons de nouveau dans cet hôtel pour notre prochain séjour.

Le centre de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Le « appartement » - une grande chambre diséctée par le barbecue avec une douche et une cuisine sur les deux côtés séparant le salon et la chambre. L'aircon était efficace et trois grandes fenêtres ouvertes sur une piste étroite au fond du bâtiment. La zone est essentiellement résidentielle et l'immeuble est dans le foire, je pense, précédemment un bâtiment de bureau. Il y a un atrium central avec un toit en verre. Je n'aime pas les hauteurs comme étant au 3ème étage, c'est un long chemin vers le bas. Il est équipé pour une partie de la journée, et il y a du café/té, boissons froides disponibles 24/7. Locally, it's not far to find food/drink and being in the old town, nothing is too far. Loved Cádiz, lot to see/do. Defo venue et envisage de rester à nouveau dans la Plazuela.

This hotel is not worth your money. To begin with, the rooms are tiny, the beds are hard, and the pillows are flat. At least the room was clean. However, nothing prepared me for the abysmal customer service I received upon checking in. First, the receptionist questioned me about my name, because the name on my reservation did not match the name on my passport. Since I have dual citizenship, American/Spanish, my names appear different in each place. In addition, I believe that the receptionist noted my Spanish accent as different (because I am also Puerto Rican) and showed prejudice to me because of this. My hotel room, which I shared with my mother, only contained 2 small hand towels. When I commented about how small the towels were to the receptionist, she said “That’s what there is.” Later in the evening, I went to the reception desk to request more towels, thinking even if they were small, at least I would try to get more of them. The receptionist, with an attitude, brought me more towels. When I got back to my room on the 5th floor, I realized that there were indeed bigger towels, since she had given me one bath towel and one hand towel. So, I returned to reception and asked for more bath towels. The receptionist’s response was that “too many people were showering,” since I had let my daughter change in my room after the beach. I commented that whether or not people were showering, the fact remained that my room did not have bath towels in it. She said in a rude voice, “Well, that’s impossible. All of our rooms have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.” I responded that my room did not have the bath towels, and that there was no reason for her to be rude to me. She became defensive, claiming she was not being rude. I said that she had been rude to me since I had checked in, and she denied that as well. In over 50 years of traveling, and as a Spanish/American citizen, I have never encountered such rude behavior and horrible customer service. Thankfully here I was able to lodge a formal complaint against the hotel, but anyone who goes here should be aware. Lastly, I have noticed that a few of the negative reviews here have very defensive comebacks from the hotel management, which is beyond belief for me.

L’hôtel est superbe . Nous avions choisi une suite junior: magnifique, très très propre avec un cadeau de bienvenue. Le soir nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir une bouteille de cava, une bouteille d’eau et assiette de fruits. L’accueil est au top avec Victor qui parle français et qui aussi souriant et serviable. Merci à Vicky de m’avoir permis de m’aider à imprimer (gratuitement) des documents devant être traités urgemment. Très très bon petit déjeuner

Location best La chambre est spacieuse et confortable La plage est derrière vous, il est donc très facile de jouer sur la plage et de laver. Front est amical grand emplacement, chambre propre et belle, personnel agréable et confortable

When we arrived before 11am, they told us that because we had advised of our arrival time (we just wanted to drop the bags to go visit Cádiz), the previous guests had left early and the room had been cleaned and was ready for us! I was amazed! I absolutely loved the style of the hotel - I chose it because of the photos online and it did not disappoint. The room was brilliant as well, practical, big, and all was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we did not use the community areas but we wish we had (we only stayed one night). The location of the hotel is great for tourists visiting the city! I can only recommend this place to stay, and I will definitely stay there again on our next visit! (We left early this morning, 7am, we threw the key in the check-out letter box and then had a panic thinking we needed them to open the main door and get out but no, we could open with the switch, what a relief! Anyway just so you know and don't panic if it happens to you!)

La chambre la plus simple est très large. Il n'y avait rien de bruit malgré être dans un endroit central. Très propre et le personnel de l'hôtel très gentil. L'emplacement incroyable parce que vous êtes dans le centre-ville. La seule piège que je vous mets est que la séparation entre la chambre et la salle de bain est avec une douche ou une baignoire sans que la séparation entre les deux chambres soit complète et cela rend difficile la vie privée de la salle de bain.

A l'extérieur, notre chambre était disponible pour le check-in. Belle chambre avec lit roi, lampes et plutoniums sur les deux côtés du lit. Belle table, avec lampe et pot de café et fixations. Beauté de chambre pour travailler sur l'électronique. Wi-Fi fonctionne bien. Deux bagages, très inhabituel. Une pleine paroi de cabine avec sécurité. Réfrigérateur sous le bureau. Le mari n'était pas heureux avec la combinaison tube/douche, mais la direction a mis ***** de matériau non-slip sur le sol tube. Beau salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner coûte 5 euros chacun et est inclus, probablement mieux que nous pouvons faire dans la rue.

I rated this 4/5 and the reason for this is that the breakfast was rubbish to be fair. Only a choice of orange and that was freshly squeezed but not to hand you had to order from the counter along with the coffee (no cranberry or apple juice) Not much of a choice at breakfast and waited over half an hour for a coffee. Other than that the place was very central and very clean, and I would go back but, next time maybe eat out for breakfast.
