Très belle chambre d’hôtel, propre et bien équipée. La chambre est climatisée et dispose d’une tv et du wifi gratuit. Parking accessible gratuitement, commerces à proximité. Personnel très agréable. Très bon petit-déjeuner (non compris avec le prix de la nuit). Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement.

Relais del Lago is a charming, family-run country hotel with gorgeous views over the Tuscan countryside. It’s only a short drive from Lucca but feels a world away from the tourist hustle and bustle. (It’s also only 40 minutes from Pisa airport.) The swimming pool is as enticing as it appears in the photos and the grounds are full of birdlife. We stayed in the spa suite which has its own sauna and jacuzzi, and a terrace overlooking the pool. We had a late flight so the owners let us use another room for a very reasonable day rate. There’s a very good Japanese/Italian restaurant on site. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Piste d amélioration: servir le repas en terrasse pour profiter de ce bel espace et même le petit déjeuner .

Ho pernottato solo una notte con smartbox. L'appartamento era pulito e tutto sembrava piuttosto nuovo. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile, e oltre a fornirci una piantina della città di Pisa, ci ha anche proposto dei ristoranti in cui poter cenare e un luogo dove poter fare colazione la mattina successiva. L'hôtel a commencé à naviguer dans le passé avec un peu de ralentissement. Après avoir séjourné, je sens la chambre est large et lumineuse. Le service est très en place. La nourriture est bonne. Je resterai ici la prochaine fois, louez-vous!

L'hôtel est répertorié 4 étoiles et indiqué comme un hôtel ”de luxe” sur Google. Cependant, je ne l'ai pas trouvé particulièrement en bon état au niveau de son immobilier et de son infrastructure et surtout, pas assez propre selon moi. Le staff d'accueil est cependant plutôt accueillant. Pour le staff du rooftop, je n'en ai eu qu'un court aperçu car il me semblait très froid dès le départ. En outre, l'hôte est très bien situé par rapport à la tour et dans une rue pleine de restaurants (touristiques) MAIS, si vous logez avec une ”vue sur la tour de Pise” au 3ème étage, vous risquez de ne pas dormir avant 3 heures du matin tellement c'est bruyant et mal isolé au niveau sonore! A voir donc si vous y allez pour sortir ou pour vous reposer... Ou tentez d'obtenir une chambre plus en hauteur... Le prix était quant à lui très bien compte tenu de la situation du logement.

Poco fuori Lucca ma in posizione strategica (pochi minuti in macchina e si arriva diretti fuori le mura della città) , una ”vecchia ” casa di famiglia trasformata in B&B , in cui si respira un'aria semplice e ospitale, la stessa che i suoi gestori mettono e trasmettono nella genuinità della loro accoglienza. Camera con aria condizionata e bagno dotato di fon a muro,entrambe pulitissimi. Lo spazio esterno un piccolo angolo di pace dove rilassarsi. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo che assolutamente consiglio.
