Lovely overnight stay at premier inn. We stayed for the Stereophonics concert. Lovely welcome and we were given a nice keyring. Facilities as expected. Staff excellent. From the minute we arrived all the staff was brilliant they were all friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. Marek was great, top guy he really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond we will stop again soon. Breakfast was great every morning

The Old Mill shared car park had 2 Evyve 75kW chargers, one of which was not working for the whole of our 4 day stay, These 2 chargers were not the responsibility of Premier Inns and did not feature in the on-line list of facilities, so took a bit of leg work to find an hotel with EV charging. A working 75kW charger was useful but meant going back out to the car park when my car was fully charged so I wasn't blocking the charger all night. As already stated a 7kW overnight charge on a pre-booked charger would save any range anxiety and give peace of mind.

We only came for breakfast and it was delicious! We love local but enjoy bringing the kids here as they eat free, the breakfast is always fresh with plenty of other options too. Well done guys! Will definitely be back. The staff are always helpful.

The accommodation facility maintains its stellar reputation for outstanding service, as I gear up to embark on another work-related journey that requires an overnight stay. The swift check-in process and the top-notch breakfast options only strengthen my preference for this specific hotel. Each time I visit, I am reminded of the dedicated staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the well-furnished rooms offer a peaceful sanctuary after a busy day of work. Settling in, I can't help but appreciate the sophisticated decor that elevates the overall atmosphere. With each visit, I eagerly anticipate the small touches that make this hotel feel like a second home.

Excellent place to stay, warm and friendly staff at all stations, easy access to motorway and plenty of parking. Full breakfast excellent value for money and served with a very polite and positive attitude. Check in was positive experience and staff were helpful and friendly. The room was completely comfortable in all aspects and well serviced by housekeeping when required. Would thoroughly recommend this venue
