Beau complexe, le personnel avec de la bonne volonté, seul petit bémol, éloigné de tout autre commerce

Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais la nourriture du service de chambre n'est pas si bonne. Je dois changer de cuisinier. Les installations sont bonnes. Il y a 3 chambres, il convient donc à une famille de 4 à 6 personnes et la taille de la piscine est idéale pour que les enfants puissent jouer. La piscine principale est ouverte uniquement jusqu'à 18h00.

We really enjoyed our time here, staff was very friendly and solved an issue regarding our booking due flight delay. We loved the Bun Bo and Pho Bo for breakfast. Main pool is great, would just recommend to put a policy so people don't reserve a sunbed. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Services are very slow - Management team did not take care of processes etc. Clearly management problem. Staff try to be supportive as possible. Cappuccino was not available for breakfast because There is only one proper cafe machine at pool restaurant. Unbelievable what the hotel manager told us.

Nice view and amenities

Great place to rest, beautiful villa.

Great value for the money. The villa has a spacious living room, great for working; a nice small side garden. The territory is nice, green and well maintained. The staff is professional, it's great to see their sincere smiles. Will try to come here with the whole family next time for the vacation.

The location is far from city and not easy to access to city and take at least 40000dn on one way . And the staff who work at lobby and female is unkind. I asked to check out around 19pm, he need 1day pay more. So I was not happy to stay at this resort.

Highly recommend for families, all private pool villas. Great breakfast

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street "Cau Moi" 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)
