Travelodge Cambridge Orchard Park

Not the easiest to find, no staff member at the desk to check us in when we arrived, dogs on the corridor at night, people running up and down the corridor til late at night/very loud. Staff didn't ask how our stay was on check out and we didn't mention the above as they seemed disinterested. The quality of stay was reflected in the price.

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞

So you know what you’re gonna get with a Travelodge. However let’s talk about dinner. Upgrade 2 courses for £12.49 So I ordered sausage mash & peas & blood orange sorbet. A bowl of processed mash with 4 hard as leather sausages and half a bag of peas around the bowl. The first sausage I couldn’t cut Elbows out on the others. The mash was like cement. A quarter way through it, I stood up and went for a brew & kitkat in my room. No I didn’t stay for the Sorbet. #vile

Very nice hotel, location good.

很方便，離劍橋很近，前台很nice會提醒早餐時間，check in很禮貌，check out 也很禮貌。推薦

Booking in was pleasant and welcoming, that's the only plus side of this visit. Room isn't clean, stains in the carpets and loose hairs dotted about from previous guests. The food. Well it was not edible. I raised my concerns for the undercooked chicken and chips to the management, it was passed back to the kitchen staff who then came to my table to advise they were having issues with the oven chips and the industrial oven. They did offer a replacement meal which was declined after being told they had issues in the kitchen. No offer of refund for the wasted meal. I know travelodge are a budget hotel, but you can't take chances with people's food. I am here again tonight and will NOT be eating here.

We was flying from Stansted on the 21st March and returning on the 31st March so decided to stop here the night before we flew and the night we came back, it is the best Travelodge we have ever stopped in everything seemed new, the staff was nice, the bar area is great the rooms was ideal , breakfasts was good, free parking, will definitely stay here again if in the area

Very nice hotel pillows were soft rooms were clean honestly couldn’t get over how good it was bar and food was very very nice the best hotel (imo) in the area , prices couldn’t be beat the service was second to none can’t say anything but good things about the hotel and it’s workers
