Avis : The Gonville Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

Hotel is lovely. My only issue was being charged a service charge when we had a drink at the bar. Also breakfast was chaotic as staff seemed to have no idea who to take the hot food orders too and the coffee machine wasn’t filled up and the hot water for tea was cold

Bathroom had black mould on shower floor, stains on mattress protector, rust on door rail, bathroom door doesn't close, staff do not follow through and lift out of order.. wifi also stopped working

We loved the hotel itself - it was a beautiful space and we had amazing service. It was also in a perfect location and was very clean. Unfortunately, we were just disappointed in how loud it was. Firstly, we had neighbours that had a really loud, consistent barking dog. Secondly, we were right opposite what seemed like a cleaning cupboard - so in the morning - staff kept coming in and out and chatting to eachother. Finally, there was a whirring noise that sounded as loud as a drill and didn't stop the whole time we were there. Not sure whether it was a boiler or something in the bathroom. All this noise woke us up really early in the morning which is not what we wanted from a romantic weekend away at the hotel. If it wasn't for all the noise, we would've given everything a five so it's a shame. 

An excellent hotel in Cambridge. Easy short walk to the city, lovely room which was very clean. Great Air Con, coffee and tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

A very warm welcome at the front desk from Reuben.  Enjoyed a nice lunch in the bar lounge. Room good but found that the carpet is in dire need of cleaning lots of marks evident also the bathroom was of adequate cleanliness also. Coffee offering poor considering the Paddy and Scott option available in the bar lounge. Overall a comfortable pleasant stay, not to be too negative -would stay again.

The Gonville Hotel is gorgeous. Great staff, beautiful boutique hotel. Bar area is lovely and so is the restaurant. Added bonus was a complimentary tour in their Bentley (book in advance). Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms great, food excellent and well stocked bar.

General Good. Bit of noisy at night if you live at the top floor. Friendly staff

Wonderful hotel, in a great location, with excellent service.

We stayed to start silver wedding anniversary celebration. We were going to a concert in Cambridge. The hotel nailed it. Beautiful, we were upgraded, and the room was stunning

Interesting hotel with vintage rolls Royce and Bentley....

quite nice people with excellent room. but can only check in exactly after 3pm
