Instants Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

On arrival 7th July, we were earlier than the check in time and were met by a lovely lady as the receptionist I think called Natalia. We stored our cases and went for a wander until the room was ready. The room is spacious, bright and was immaculately clean on arrival. Bed comfortable and linen was changed every four days. If you wanted it done more you just needed to request, however due to the drought conditions they had reduced this service. As previous reviews stated there is not many coat hangers, we took our own to add to what was already there, so we had enough hanging garments. There is a coffee machine and kettle in the room, but only 2 coffee pods and 2 tea bags, no milk! As we like to sit on the balcony in the mornings we went out to the supermarket to find some more coffee pods, unfortunately we couldn’t find any. We asked at the hotel reception for some additional, you would have thought we had asked for gold….. the lady reluctantly gave us a couple more but it was hard work. Not sure who this receptionist was but not very friendly, certainly nothing liked we had experienced with Natalia on our arrival. The room was not swept or cleaned properly on our stay, the floor was only swept and cleaned on day 4 when the bedding was changed. We thought this was bizarre as there was unfortunately sand particles everywhere, as much as you try and get this off when leaving the beach it’s inevitable that some finds it’s way back. Air con - this is restricted as only goes to 22 degrees in your room. This makes the room fairly warm at night. You couldn’t open the doors as the outside temperatures was warmer and also the mosquitoes were a pest. Day 4 - we thought we would use the pool for the day instead of the beach. We are early birds, so after breakfast went to take a seat on the sunbeds, only to be shouted at by another receptionist who was there. It was around 9.20 and we were told we could not use it yet as she had not set up! Her attitude was awful so we picked up our stuff and just went to the beach. We didn’t think 9.20 was that early to laze around the pool. The breakfast - wow the lady who manages the kitchen and restaurant in the mornings was a super lady, very friendly and accommodating. The choice was vast and nobody should go hungry. Mosquitoes were an issue in the hotel itself, it didn’t seem the hotel were doing anything to try and reduce the numbers. If you were sat in the restaurant area or the covered seating area, you spent most of the time batting away the mosquitoes. I know Spain as a whole have experienced a higher number than usual this year, but control measures should be put in place to help reduce the numbers around the hotel. I have seen previous hotels spray to try and control them. Day 5 we did attempt the pool again, Natalia was back on shift and the atmosphere in the hotel was very different. She had set up around the pool by 9am so we headed down shortly after. As other reviews have said the sun bed

Just returned from 6 nights at Instant boutique hotel. I’d say this is like a high end b&b rather than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable , there’s not a huge amount of wardrobe space or drawers but we managed. The bathroom is open plan to the bedroom so not much in the way of privacy. The shower door is a sliding door which is shared with the wc so when you’re in the shower with the door closed the toilet is left open so anybody using the toilet whilst somebody else is in in the shower is exposed to the rest of the room. The hairdryer is relatively good so no need to take your own. We paid for breakfast to be included which was worth every penny. Breakfast was served from 8-11 and was a choice of cold meats & cheeses , fruit, yoghurts, croissants pastries along with bacon eggs, etc and also items to be ordered from a menu . There is no bar in the hotel but there is an honesty bar when’re you can serve yourself a drink and record what you have had and pay later. The drinks were all reasonably priced . Aprox €2.50 for a soft drink and €3 for a bottle of corona We came to relax around the pool for 6 days. The sun loungers look amazing and very stylish however they are the most uncomfortable sun loungers I have ever come across. Leaving your bum numb after an hour or so. The beach is only one block away however that will cost you around €20 each per day to hire a bed on there. So if you want to just flop by the pool and enjoy the sunshine keep this in mind. Also if you’re a sun worshipper you cannot tan the rear of your body because of these beds being the shape they are. You cannot lie on your front on them. It may not important to some but it’s worth noting . If you want a towel for the pool you pay €10 deposit and can change it every 3 days with your deposit retuned to you when you return your towel. The hotel is in a good location for the beach and restaurants with lots of shops cafes and bars near by. Bar del posit was our favourite place to eat. Lovely clean hotel in a good location just a pity about the sun loungers .

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. We didn't expect this to be as fabulous as it was. It is a small hotel without feeling small anywhere. The staff care and it shows. Very helpful especially Natalie. The rooms are excellent- huge, extremely comfortable bed, shower was amazing quality,proper lighting, robes in bathroom, balcony very cute. (Definitely next time we will upgrade to 1 with 2 sun loungers.) The whole place is minimalist and so fresh/clean. The honesty bar was fab idea. The breakfast was gorgeous, everything from fresh fruit, baked goods and cooked to order eggs/omelettes/pancakes. The pool area was very comfortable and peaceful. Location is excellent, literally a minute from marina, beach, shops and lots of restaurants(Definitely recommend a restaurant called Al Punta probably 5/10 mins walk) Without a doubt , we will return.

The hotel is small, quiet, great service. Location is great and only 2 blocks from the beach. We were able to easily walk to dinner. The breakfast is excellent - many choices and the staff work very hard to make sure you have everything you need. We had a room with a large balcony and chaise lounges. The extra space to enjoy morning coffee was quite nice.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. 5 day break with my mum and my sister after losing Dad a few months ago and all the staff made us so welcome and looked after us. The breakfast is outstanding and the lady who serves at breakfast was so attentive. Rooms immaculate and large. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back thankyou so much.

A lovely small hotel set in a pleasant garden. The public areas were immaculately clean and well furnished, with a small swimming pool with in water loungers. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The very large double bed was comfortable. Coffee, tea and sugar provided in the room with kettle and coffeemaker. Unfortunately, no milk is provided, so we bought and kept some in the fridge. There was a wide and plentiful selection of good quality food at breakfast. The staff and receptionists were friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but for two features of this hotel. As mentioned before by several reviewers, the transparent door into the bathroom offers no privacy at all. I definitely did not like this, bathroom privacy is essential. Secondly, the sunbeds around the pool, although stylish, were very uncomfortable. A super hotel but with two quite major flaws.

Great review from aih95, agreed on your points. Lovely, clean and nice and quiet. Great location with nice breakfast along with good service. We felt bottled water could of been supplied in the rooms and maybe some milk. The bathroom sliding door needs addressing as its clear glass. Sun beds were a bit of a nightmare looked great but hard work. Self service honesty bar was a little strange but ok in general. Overall really nice place.

Fantastic! The location of this hotel was central to bars & restaurants and the beach. The hotel is small and peaceful, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast is a must...good quality and variety and lots of it!!! All the staff were amazing, will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends. Thank you so much for a fabulous break 😊
